"Quite possibly the best room with a view anywhere in Europe. The hotel is right beside the cathedral and the views are amazing if you upgrade to a "vista" room. The hotel feels historic. Yea, it's slightly dated but it's comfortable, everything works and the staff are absolutely lovely. Would definitely stay here again "

"Very attractive, comfortable, well-located and friendly hotel, great for exploring Salamanca. Our room had a lovely view, and it was easy to walk all over, then return to relax in a clean, modern room. Nothing was lacking, down to bottles of water for the road when we left."

"Alba went above and beyond to help us out. She saved our holiday and I cannot speak highly enough of her or indeed the rest of the staff at this hotel. Would recommend to any traveller. On a separate note, don’t park in el Corte inglés on a bank holiday or if you have an early start! "
