「The staff were very friendly and helpful. Sitting on the patio in the back garden was very relaxing. It’s a quiet place to relax and unwind especially if on the go like we were for the days previous to our stay. Tenby doesn’t have uber and getting a taxi isn’t the easiest as services are limited and need to be booked ahead of time. Make sure you arrange transportation if coming in on the train, as the Inn is about a 20-25 min walk (quite a bit uphill). The walk to town is much easier and faster...

「We had a very good dinner in the pub but needed to leave before the 9:30 breakfast time. The rooms are nicely updated and very comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful.」

No replacement shower gel was left after room was cleaned. Staff were excellent and restaurant was well presented. Hotel room a low 3 star at best.」

「The room was clean and tidy however it was unbearably hot due to a lack of air con and alrhough a fan was provided it could not deal with the heat in the room. There was no fridge to keep water cold and milk from going off, . In the bathroom the toilet seat was really loose and the sink is so tiny it was impossible to have a wash. 「Read the reviews and was slightly put off. But having spent the whole weekend at the hotel, my mind was changed. Staff were very helpful with all questions and information needed. Grounds and views are lovely. Used the spa and pool and enjoyed every minute. Check in and out was very easy, food was amazing (especially the lamb).
