「Worst experience ever. Arrived at the booking and found no key in the key-box. I contacted the Host and there was no response (i spoke to the Host 1 day before arriving) - sent to voicemail; I was stranded. I rang the apartment buzzer and found someone inside. This person told me they have took over the property from the Host and was unaware of my booking. We were 'invited' up to 'have a look' at the apartment and made to 'decide' whether or not we wanted to stay. After the commotion, the 'new'...

「I was not able to stay in this place, they had not sent me the code to access by the check in time. As such I had to pay for alternative accommodation. Do not stay here. Hotels.com should remove this place. They gave a number to call but the phone was off. 」

「There was hair in the bath so I couldn’t have a shower but my partner still had a shower and then we checked out around 3 instead of the actual time which was 11 the stafff was amazing very welcoming I would like to come again but I hope the room will be more clean when visiting as I did enjoy the pool and the garden 」

「Unfortunately after paying for a last minute room in this lovely looking apartment, the host refused to send confirmation of the account for the deposit and then told me it was too late to send the deposit and cancelled my booking stating that the room was non-refundable and had refused to refund me. I am sure that the place is lively as described, but be warned about the hosts being able to cancel last minute and then refuse a refund. 」
