“On getting to our room we found someone was already in there, so had to take some extra time returning to Reception only to find our room had been accidentally given away. This was fairly easily amended, with us being given a different room instead but without a balcony. “This hotel provides a basic room. We did not get food here. (Breakfast cost extra) The room had a very strong mothball smell so we opened the window and left a floor fan running all night. Bedside areas need outlets to plug in phones so these rooms need updating. The sink did not have hot water. For the price this room was not worth it.”

“There were no disabled parking spots, only reserved ones for electric cars.
I booked an executive room (112), and was surprised to note one of the windows looked onto the bin area and recycling, that has lights on most of the night and early morning noise.
My bath had mould around the seals, and the bath plug had to be removed with a spoon, which dislodged more mould that floated in the bath.
When I mentioned about changing my room before unpacking due to the view, there were no others……
