"We've stayed at this resort many times as it is halfway between our winter home and our summer home. We love the golf and it's a great, well integrated place to stay. Unfortunately, for this stay, our room did not get any service for a two-night stay. (Getting into an unmade bed and not having refreshed towels felt odd.). Otherwise, staff were helpful and friendly. This hotel rarely disappoints, but this time did not meet our expectations."

"This facility seems to be brand new. The parking lot is well lit and has ample parking close to the main doors. The room was very comfortable for two guests."

"I had a no smoking room. The front desk asked for $50 in "cash" as a deposit. What gives, they had my credit card. I asked for a receipt for the cash, the man at the desk showed me a stack of money, each with a piece of paper stapled to it, showing me all the people that had left deposits. I attempted to shower when i entered my room. It took the hot water awhile to come up to temperature and when it did, it was at best luke warm. Too cold to shower! And it's good that i didn't, the Room had no heat!!! I cranked the thermostat up to 80 degrees. The highest temperature registered by the thermometer all night was 61 degrees!!!! And get this, there were no blankets in the room. Only a sheet and cheap spread covered my bed. I slept in my street clothes, and because I am bald, wore a skull cap to avoid a head cold. On a positive note, the mattress was in a zippered cover when i checked for bed bugs!! And of course i checked out without a shower, the morning after as the temperature was in the 40's. I understand that I paid $64 on the cheap, but i didn't expect to be treated as though it were a "flop house". The staff, no personality. Checking in our out! The worst night of my life. If i were owner of this property i would take the risk of going to jail for burning the entire complex to the ground and making an insurance claim!!!"

"The rooms were pretty clean, check in was easy, air condition worked well. Had a working refrigerator and microwave. We did have to ask for the TV remote and wait 15 min. to get it. Then had to come back for a hair dryer later on. The room had a smoke detector hanging down from the ceiling, toilet that was not bolted securely to the floor and we had a weird noise that sounded like metal duct expanding in the wall about every 20 minutes. Had to wake up the guy to turn back in the blow dryer when checking out. No one was covering the front desk, no receipt or check out paperwork could be gotten. "

"I had a really horrible experience with this Vrbo property and would definitely not recommend staying here. The host was hardly responsive, which made everything even more frustrating when issues came up.When we arrived, the house clearly had not been cleaned. The floors were dirty, the cabinets were greasy, and the oven was absolutely disgusting. Under the sink there was rat poop all over, which was extremely concerning, especially since we were staying there with our young child.To make matters worse, the toilet was broken and leaking water during our stay. The couch was also broken and had screws sticking out of it, which felt unsafe.The most alarming part was when my 2-year-old opened a board game that was in the house and there was a pill inside. That was honestly shocking and could have been very dangerous.Overall, the house was extremely nasty and not what you would expect when booking a place to stay. Between the cleanliness issues, broken items, and lack of response from the host, it was a very disappointing experience."

Bedrooms: new: quality bedding, mattresses, linens. Baths: clean, new: towels, fixtures & mirrors.Awesome kids room: RGB Color-Changing LED Strip Lights on headboards and frames, 2 remote controls for each bed changes the lights & patterns-each kid selects their preference. Headboards have 2 outlet plugs and a USB port. Lots of board games. Big screen TV already set up for gaming. Bluetooth tablets & phones pair with the TV for gaming.Deck: Large screened gazebo, patio tables & chairs.Carport-house entry door. Driveway extends back. Large concrete pad safe-even surface for kids to play. Yard is huge & well-groomed. Room for vehicles.Host: Warm, friendly gentleman, replies promptly. Welcomes guests with bottled water, tea bags, & snacks. Cares deeply. Makes every guest feel special!"
