The cozy space of the Kroll House Loft is very functional because the open layout and versatility of the furniture. My son slept on the pullout couch and said it was comfortable. H」

「This rental was a last minute decision. There were no reviews and we took a chance. We were not disappointed!! The house was very lovely and immaculate. We had room to spread out. Had it been a little warmer, we would have enjoyed the outdoor spaces. This home is in a lovely neighborhood just a block or two from city Park. So it was a great to take walks. I think the only negative thing I can think of is I would've preferred a regular coffee pot because the Nespresso is just not my favorite kind...

「This spot was fantastic! Super close to all the cute little shops in downtown Monument. We could walk to the lake, the Santa Fe Trail, and just explore the neighborhood very easily. The inside was clean and cute. Great organization in the closets and nice accent touches. Will definitely stay here again!」

「It was wonderful! The property was very nice. Make sure you carry the elevator access fob with you! Major bummer not to have it when you need it! Lovely, spacious Studio unit. We appreciated the covered garage with entry/exit access for the car, although charging an extra fee for this seems excessive. It should be included in the room rental. Great location proximal to Coors Field, I-25, Downtown area, etc. 」
