“Clean room”

“Easy to book online. When i arrived at the site the desk clerk didnt want to check me in. He said that i shouldn't have been able to book a room because he was booked up. I told him that online it said 6 rooms left. He said well someone is not going to have a room because he already had other arrivals. I explain to him what the website said and I had my reservation number, I was an arrival and I needed to be checked in after driving for 12 hours. He finally processed my reservation and I was……

“The breakfast was mediocre and without fresh fruit. There were cigarette butts all over the place. Nice and helpful staff.”

“The girl at the desk when I checked in was great but the guy when I checked out acted like I was bothering him. The room wasn’t very clean to the point where I had my shoes on the whole time. I used wipes to clean the bathroom down before I used it and I needed a lot and they were very gross when I put them in the trash. Towels smelled like they used way too much bleach to clean them.”

“They had roaches and didn’t want to refund my money back when I showed them pictures of the roaches and dirty sheets”

“For check in they send you an email with the code to the entrance door and your room. Be on the look out for that. Parking is tricky. There is a public parking lot behind the the property that allows three hour parking during the weekday, unlimited during the weekend. Rooms are chic, well maintained, clean. Lots of shopping and fantastic restaurants in walking distance.”
