My visit to St. Lucia was my first solo trip, and I couldn’t have imagined a more perfect place to stay. I was hoping for something simple yet beautiful, a place near the beach, with a great view that felt connected to the local culture. Staying with Lyn and Kelly exceeded every expectation I had, and then some.
From the moment I arrived, Lyn and Kelly made me feel genuinely safe, welcome, and at home. I landed late on a Sunday when everything was closed, and without hesitation, they invited me to join them for dinner - such a small gesture that meant so much, especially as a solo traveler.
Throughout the week, they went far beyond what you’d expect from hosts. They didn’t just offer recommendations, they actively helped me experience the island in a deeper, more meaningful way. Because of them, I was able to truly connect with the community and culture of St. Lucia, which ended up being the most memorable part of my trip.
The location is also incredible - walking distance to the beach, easy access to buses, and a stunning view that made every morning and evening feel special.
This stay was everything I hoped for and more. I would wholeheartedly recommend Lyn and Kelly to anyone, especially solo or female travelers looking for a place that feels both beautiful and deeply welcoming.
I already can’t wait to come back and stay with them again. I 10/10 recommend.
