“I visited Jade Mountain Resort to celebrate my sister’s birthday, and we had an amazing time. The staff was wonderful—they gave us a tour of the property and decorated our room with balloons, making the celebration even more special. The view of the Pitons was breathtaking, and I would definitely stay here again.”

“Great experience. Spent 2 nights before Christmas, the steak and pork rib in The Cove was one of the best on the island, the drink, cocktails and wine offered in bars were also amazing. All staff were attentive, even though sometimes was a bit slow when many customers came. The new Asian style restaurant charged us certain amount which we didn’t order, the staff explained that was a mistake due system error. There might still be some thing can be improved.”

“Just left the Royalton and won’t be back. The property was nice, but the service was lacking. Waited over an hour for our food at dinner continually. Was ignored when trying to get drinks at the bar. There were 4 of us and we all were treated the same way. The room would be cleaned and dirty towels taken, but we would never get clean towels. It was a hassle to keep asking for them. Also, the rooms didn’t have water for 2 days. Nothing was said by resort nor apologized for the inconvenience.……

“My time at BodyHoliday was simply exceptional. The resort sits in a stunning private cove and the overall setting is simply beautiful. The staff were amazing and the range of sports on offer was world-class. I played beach volleyball, tried archery, a keelboat and paddle boarding to name but a few. Food was excellent and spa treatments were very welcome after a long day. The Wellness Cafe and TAO were of particular note. Everything exceeded my expectations and I’ve already told the manager……

The Staff specially "Elouise" was attentive , warm and friendly. The hotel's unique character offered a much more personal experience than a typical large one.”

“it wasn't clear that there is no air conditioning. could have used some water and ice stations through out the resort (instead of calling twice a day to get water) other than that is was a very nice resort. relaxing was easy to do. bring plenty of mosquito spray and cortisone cream!”
