“I truly enjoyed the cocoa tea served at breakfast, and most of the staff were warm, friendly, and courteous. When I checked in, they kindly explained how to get to Baywalk Shopping Mall and introduced the hotel’s facilities. Even when I was waiting for a taxi early in the morning at 5:00 a.m. on my departure day, they thoughtfully took the time to recommend beautiful beaches in Soufrière and a bakery well worth visiting.”

“We had an amazing stay at the Bel Jou Hotel in St. Lucia. The staff and residents are all a delight and very fun to get to know. We were so sad to have to go home! The food is fantastic and there really is nothing that the food staff or otherwise won't do to make sure you have a great stay. They are constantly changing the menu up and keeping it fun. During our stay, we had the best massage of our lives thanks to Lala, we lounged by 1 of 2 pools every day, were able to plan excursions directly……

“Great experience. Spent 2 nights before Christmas, the steak and pork rib in The Cove was one of the best on the island, the drink, cocktails and wine offered in bars were also amazing. All staff were attentive, even though sometimes was a bit slow when many customers came. The new Asian style restaurant charged us certain amount which we didn’t order, the staff explained that was a mistake due system error. There might still be some thing can be improved.”
