「Wait staff at breakfast stood around talking instead of serving. Housekeeping the last day just made the bed and did not clean and we got an eye roll when we told her we were leaving in 10 minutes. Music blared at 715 am from the restaurant disturbing our room right off the patio, and then in the restaurant it was so loud you couldnt talk. Booked a massage for an hour and it was only 45 min endingat 10 till the hour and not on the hour. Shower was tepid most days.tv only worked with netflix...

「We had one day to stay at this location so given the pics, we felt this was a good fit. It is a 1/2 hour from the airport but that's about the best thing. When we got there, the place was empty and that was fine. We were past prime season, but the 6 cats and the smell of cat urine was too much. The only suggestion I would make is to add full-length mirrors to the rooms, as this would be a helpful addition for guests. Every staff member we encountered was warm and attentive specially the front desk. My room had a breathtaking view and excellent soundproofing. The onsite amenities (like the pool/gym/restaurant/ night entertaining) were pristine. It was worth every penny and made my trip unforgettable.」
