"This property was everything I could have imagined. I went to celebrate my birthday and received 5 star treatment from everyone. The front desk staff was very pleasant, housekeeping kept our room nice and clean, the restaurant staff was amazing, I enjoyed the birthday songs and desserts. The other guest was friendly and I left making new friends. "

"This was an amazing resort with the most friendly staff who always went above and beyond to make you comfortable. The resort is does have an all inclusive option. We did breakfast and left out the lunch and dinner options just in case we wanted to dine out locally throughout the day. My one con was that the hotel was an hour and a half from the hotel and taxis were $100 usd per person. We ended up taking a rental because it seemed more cost effective but the roads a very intimidating as they drive on the left side and it’s one lane coming and going. Overall, I will definitely be back because we had a great time"

"This resort is absolutely amazing! My husband and I spent our honeymoon at this resort and we could not have been any happier. The resort is beautiful, the food was amazing, and the staff was absolutely exceptional!! We were very greatful to Shannelle, Michelle, Teddie and all the other staff members that made our time on the property so wonderful! We were so happy that we wanted to extend our stay but unfortunately they were fully booked. Looking forward to visiting in the future. "

"The property is very nice and relaxing, perfect for couples. The food is also amazing but be sure to at least do the half board option if you are planning on eating at the resort. You will save a lot of money. Overall my wife and I had a fantastic time here. "

"The service was excellent. Staff was so friendly and helpful. Pool was lovely, hotel bar and pizza restaurant was great. Best frozen margaritas I have had in a while! We took the full breakfast inclusive and really enjoyed the breakfast options each day with fresh local fruit. The gym was also impressive, pretty all round weight equipment for a hotel gym. Also a great location with the all the restaurants in Rodney Bay marina within walking distance ~ 2 minutes. Only issue was that the A/C in the room was definitely not working properly. We made the comment 2 days into the stay, someone did come to our room immediately and checked something but honestly whatever was done did not work. There was no follow up after. Temperature only slightly improved the day we checked out. This was a birthday celebratory trip (I stated this when I booked) and the hotel was kind enough to call me directly to ask what options we would like - we went with chocolate covered strawberries. So yum and also gave us complimentary birthday cake! "
