The staff was good, its just the need for urgency wasnt there, took forever to sit you for breakfast and longer to bring water... The main issue is the hotel is Lacking entertainment BIG TIME, and the bar, and restaurant closes to early. I came on vacation to have a good time not to go to bed at 10pm .. Entertainment, Entertainment, Entertainment....NEEDED... Also when you guys have karaoke, please advertise to let people know.. Rooms are clean, staff, is nice but need to move quicker....more urgency!!

We made 2 bookings. The first room (312) was really noisy, because of the highway next to it. The mosquitos just came through the front door because there were big gaps. Tv only channel was CNN, bath could not be filled. It's an old room, that was clear. We could hear our neighbours conversation word by word. Would not recommend this room. The second room was a "Standard King" room (111), that room was really nice, no noise, modern TV (smart), nice terrace. We had a really pleasant stay here. I would recommend this room. All the personel were very friendly, the food was good, the pools were clean.
