If you’re looking for a spot where you can roll out of bed and into the water, this is it! The waterfront access is 10 out if 10. The team here is lovely and super attentive, though the rooms themselves are more "standard/functional" than "luxury retreat." My only real gripe was the food—it got a bit "Groundhog Day" after a week. Breakfast was the same every morning, and we saw the same lunch and dinner themes repeated frequently. Great for a short stay, but for a full week, the menu needs a shake-up. A quick tip for future travelers: Be sure to bring a "Type G" (British-style) outlet adapter if you don't already use one, as you'll need it for your electronics.

Resort review The good: The place definitely had vacation vibes! Beautiful. Great beach, great pool. The bad: Staff isn’t as accommodating or friendly as I was expecting. Often rude, especially bartenders. (Servers are mostly good.) We had the all inclusive package and they gave us a purple hand band to wear during dining so they knew our meals & drinks are covered already. Yet, we STILL got a bill for each order!!! It’s so annoying. Bands are pointless. The all-inclusive option is definite not worth it. It didn’t include room service. If you’re gonna tip, tip in cash, always. Because the credit card tip doesn’t actually go to the servers. (Servers told us this.) The hot tub water is never actually hot. Hot tub was not working most of the time and we kept asking for it to be fixed. Our room key almost never worked. We kept asking for it to be fixed. They’d promise they’ll fix it “today,” but nothing. We kept needing to have staff open our door for us. My key didn’t work even on my last day. They tried to compensate us for our inconvenience by offering us a free meal at a local restaurant or a 30-minute massage. So they tried - but the troubles remained. The food was not good at all. It’s always a buffet for dinner (& btw, when it’s not buffet, if you eat anything from the buffet like the dessert & soups - even just the soup - it costs $40), and it wasn’t satisfying at all. Prices are for some reason in USD. Overall, NOT recommended, honestly.

Overall, the resort was decent. The food was good and most of the staff were friendly. However, the property definitely needs some upgrades. Some of the equipment seems outdated, and our room had issues such as a broken doorknob and a broken locker, which should have been fixed before guests arrive. Excursions Arranged Through the Resort Communication about the excursions arranged through Sea Cruise needs significant improvement. When we booked the Toug Bay excursion, the resort staff never mentioned that the trip does not include both the mud bath and the volcano view. The brochure also failed to clearly state that it is either one or the other, not both. The Sea Cruise staff member, Cortney, was also unclear when explaining the trip details. Because of the lack of proper information, we ended up missing out on the mud bath experience entirely, which was very disappointing. We also felt rushed during the waterfall stop, which took away from the overall experience. As a group, we felt the excursion was not worth the money, especially if you are not particularly interested in snorkeling.

The staff were fabulous! Kind, attentive, and just wonderful overall. The ocean views are gorgeous. Food was great with lots of variety as were the drinks. Rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The spa was lovely! So was the cafe. Definitely recommend. The one downside was that we were the last room before the new construction and awake to drilling, hammering or some other noise at 8AM each morning. And some attachment to the new build flapped in the wind and hit the building, making loud noises all night. We were in paradise so, we sucked it up but that was unfortunate and made our trip less restful than it should have been.

Rooms are very spacious and well kept (freshly painted, new appliances). Pool is very nice, gym is OK (excellent variety of equipment for a hotel gym, but kind of old/worn). Location right on the beach is fantastic — water is SO nice. And plenty of water sport options to be had. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Of note, we did have a bunch of minor problems — TV didn’t work, shower drain got clogged, key entry stopped working. They did fix them all fairly quickly, but I guess they could use a bit of a maintenance upgrade. None caused us anything other than a First World Problem! Overall, a very nice stay in Saint Lucia. I think other resorts may be nicer, but value here was definitely good from whatever else I saw.

We had an amazing trip, the room was so clean and beautiful. The staff was kind and accommodating. The food was excellent and there was a wide variety of choices with every meal. Overall it was an amazing family vacation the resort was family friendly but also had a luxurious and relaxing feel.

Everything was super amazing. Staff 10/10 very helpful. The kids club staff were 10/10 they do lot activities with the kids. Pool kids friendly. The buffet was great. Get all exclusives if you only going to be eating at the hotel or just make sure you get breakfast package.

A very nice facility, as well as the other 2 associated facilities we visited. The pool area is wonderful and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful with what appeared to be 'new' staff learning the ropes. They are doing some major construction and we were unlikely to have the room immediately next to the new building going up - which meant not being able to use the outdoor beach front balcony due to the all day noise and on occasion extending inside the room during the evening. Might consider coming next year... if construction was completed.

Lovely resort. Perfect location. Room had everything we needed. The staff is all extremely friendly and accommodating, especially when we arrived at 10pm on my birthday when everything was already closed for the evening. The staff were extremely accommodating and brought great vibes, the resort food was awesome we had the all inclusive and was worth it there were multiple options especially with my daughter being a picky eater, we celebrated our 2 yr anniversary and they set up our room nice and decorated with a bottle of champagne overall a great experience 100% recommend
