Very nice and quiet place with friendly and helpful staff. I had all inclusive with full package of benefits. Great beach with bar and restaurant, excellent food and service. Love it!

Onika at the front desk is my new bestie!! Professional, empathetic and customer service savvy. Give this young lady a raise!! Ive stayed here about 3/4 times. It's the same. Dated and average but clean and convenient. The main thing about this place is the breakfast/food is always excellent and the chef is very accommodating .

It was a lovely getaway for my wife and I. Quiet and relaxing. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend my friends and family to stay here.very satisfied

Front desk service was not good. Yes I came in about 3:30pm the front desk person was busy chatting at the side with another coworker. My presence was never acknowledged until I had to shout “hello is anyone home” another staff walking by said “someone will be with you shortly”. I had to wait for room to be cleaned which was understandable, however getting to the room is smelled of insect repellent. I was in the shower there was a knock at the door seems the housekeeper forgot to put pillow cases on all pillows. I told her to please give me 5mins to get some clothes on. She said she would come back she never did. I called front desk and was told the staff already left. I slept with no pillow cases. The entire experience that night was not good. Seems there was a party or something in the adjacent building so it was noisy until about 2am so I did not fall asleep until morning so I missed breakfast. Same thing the Saturday night. I was very disappointed overall.

Didnt have to go far for most of my activities. The shuttle even passed the mall which was convenient and the party spot. One on the sister hotels was also located on the beach and there was the option to dine at any of the 4 hotels. Staff was also friendly!

I have stayed in hotels a lot and the customer service was the best I have had. They really bent over backwards to make us feel like a true guest. Totally worth it. The shuttle to the beach was worth the price of admission alone.

Absolutely awful staff that fails on every professional level that exists. Property manager has zero integrity whatsoever and needs to give up. They do not care about customers and their wellbeing. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

This is a lovely, relatively affordable hotel located only a couple minutes from shopping malls, restaurants, and multiple beaches, including the water park, where access is complimentary for hotel guests. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast each day was delicious and had quite a few options each morning. The bathrooms are also very clean and functional, and the provision of shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, soap and lotion in dispensers were greatly appreciated. I definitely recommend staying here and will do so again on my next visit to St Lucia

Very load. A couple came out to 5he pool area at 1:30 am and was screaming and yelling for about an hour. No one from the front desk ask them to stop.

Good hotel and friendly staff

Quick stay for one night and left early the next day. Convenient with a 3-4 minute walk from Rodney Bay marina. Pretty nice pool area, towels upon request. The included breakfast had quite a lot of options, but I was only in mood for some eggs and coffee. The boiled eggs was too hard boiled though. Was a bit noise from outside in the evening and the morning, but nothing that bothered me really. I probably wouldn't pick this for a longer stay as traveling alone since there quite a walk to the city centre. There might have been shuttles though if I remember correctly. Overall good hotel and friendly staff.

Nasty front desk staff

The staff was rude and unfriendly. Asked for a small pack of coffee and was so rude about it. A nice No would have be good. The milk in the room was old and spoiled. Had lots of nasty feedback when I asked for a different one.

A great place for rest and relaxation.

This small hotel felt like home. When Deborah noted my age she immediately recommended that I be moved from the top floor to the first floor poolside. There is not an elevator. The chef personally created menu items for my granddaughter who has food allergies even though she was not staying there, just visiting me. The warm friendly attention even exceeded the attention on a Viking cruise which is outstanding. They addressed my comfort before I even thought of something that would be pleasant. They have hourly shuttles to the other Bay Gardens properties. It is an older hotel but kept clean and attractive. The people are invaluable gems.
