View was beautiful from our room, restaurants were delicious, staff was friendly and attentive, grounds and rooms were very clean. It was a 2 hour ride from the airport. Entertainment could use some work, the night life there wasn’t much to do.

Overall great experience! The rooms could benefit from a deep cleaning after years. You can see that staff does a good job of daily cleanings but, you can also see years of build up of dust one dirt in some areas, However, staff is friendly, attentive and the nightly shows are fun! The food was good, wish they included my cultural options daily. The restaurants were also a good option for food. I would definitely return!

The staff were friendly and very attentive. If you need anything for your room just pick up the phone and ask and it will be delivered promptly. The pool bars close at 6pm and the water is warm. Food truck is a great alternative for lunch and they have daily specials but the jerk chicken was my favorite. Booking with Expedia gives you extra benefits like breakfast at Grazie. I highly recommend getting a swim out room as that was the highlight of our stay. And lastly, keep the fan on in your room so the mosquitos leave you alone!

Dislikes: Room Dated, Poorly maintained,Tub was not functional and broken , showers was not clean and clogged floor drains Bed were worn and uncomfortable Safe was dilapidated with soiled numbers and not legible Food was not up to 4or 5 star quality and the desert was not good at all The resturant was 2-3star quality and was very disappointed. Will not visit Royalton ever again... Price paid for All inclusive was not worth it...

Typical all inclusive hotel. Nice atmosphere and beautiful setting. Staff is moderately attentive. Details are often missed. Starting at the Diamond club which was over crowded when we got there. Then miscommunication with room type. Butler service was ok, but we didn’t use it too much. Restaurants were ok. Hot and wait times were long. Zen was the exception. Fantastic experience.

So baby friendly would highly recommend for young families!! Needs some updates as our AC was broken, wall divider broken, sofa 2 different heights, shower light out, and missing tub plug but they attempted to fix each things when we asked. We recently returned from an amazing trip to the Royalton St. Lucia to celebrate my daughter’s milestone birthday, and i couldn’t have asked for a more memorable experience. The resort was beautiful, and the breathtaking landscape provided the perfect backdrop for some incredible professional photos. Tashael from Guest Services truly went above and beyond to make my daughter’s birthday special. She ensured we were able to dine at the restaurant we wanted, decorated our room while we were away, and personally delivered a beautiful birthday cake to us during dinner. Throughout our entire stay, Tashael stayed in constant communication with me, making sure we had everything we needed and were completely happy with our accommodations. Her attention to detail and genuine care made such a difference. The entire staff was wonderful, and we also had the pleasure of meeting some great guests during our week-long stay.
