“I visited Jade Mountain Resort to celebrate my sister’s birthday, and we had an amazing time. The staff was wonderful—they gave us a tour of the property and decorated our room with balloons, making the celebration even more special. The view of the Pitons was breathtaking, and I would definitely stay here again.”

“Great experience. Spent 2 nights before Christmas, the steak and pork rib in The Cove was one of the best on the island, the drink, cocktails and wine offered in bars were also amazing. All staff were attentive, even though sometimes was a bit slow when many customers came. The new Asian style restaurant charged us certain amount which we didn’t order, the staff explained that was a mistake due system error. There might still be some thing can be improved.”

“My family stayed here and we enjoyed the rooms, amenities, and excursions. We had a two bedroom villa with two bathrooms and a kitchen and the staff was nice and scenery was gorgeous. There was a ton of water sports and we did an inclusive sailing tour with a visit to sugar beach that was memorable.”

“The staff was amazing, the resort was quiet and peaceful. The food was solid, the beach was fun and the coastline cruise excursion was a great time. Did I mention the staff??? These people will bend over backwards to make their guests happy. We definitely will be going back! Thank you Ti Kaye for a wonderful relaxing trip.”

“Staff can be rude most times. Very disorganized, tried booking excursions and despite being in lobby at time written on the form, they claim the driver already left the resort. 7 hours after the fact kept calling my room asking for the form because they still hadn’t canceled it in their system , when it’s their fault it had to be cancelled. Have to wrestle to get bartenders/pool staff to notice and service you, otherwise you’ll be waiting forever just to place an order. I can see a staffer once……

“The photos online really don’t do this resort justice. We were there for carnival so we didn’t get to enjoy as much of the property as we would’ve liked to or take advantage of all the resort offers. However, our room was much larger than imagined. Very clean. Large balcony with a jacuzzi. The staff was very sweet, from front desk, to housekeeping. The resort is very close to the main strip of Rodney Bay. Only downside was in-room dining ended at 10 or 10:30pm and there was a $20 delivery fee,……

“I liked that it was ‘all inclusive’. And though, obviously an older building/hotel (we initially had some challenges with power in the circuits, which was sorted in no time), the staff were tremendously helpful and pleasant. We were also close to shops & other amenities in Rodney Bay.”

“Rooms need mosquito nets or similar deterrent. They have them in room photos but not our room! Beautiful location and love that they employ so many locals. Restaurant and especially drinks so terribly over-priced. Good location for sites though. More an eco resort and tropical garden than a chocolate farm. The tour was way over priced. $50 usd for 35 mins. Whitney who did garden tour was great but chocolatier was v disengaged and poor. Also couldn’t even answer basic questions (what temp is used……

“We loved Anse Chastanet! The food was delicious and the staff was friendly and helpful. The amenities were even better than expected. The snorkeling was incredible and the sunfish sailing was easy to learn. Our room was beautiful and well kept. I would definitely recommend the resort.”
