“Our stay was amazing. The entire staff was great as well but I want to give an extra big shoutout to staff members Fee, Maxwell, Tyron, Row and Ms. The Greathouse Restaurant. They treated us with extra care and we really appreciate them. Will be back again for sure.”

“I visited Jade Mountain Resort to celebrate my sister’s birthday, and we had an amazing time. The staff was wonderful—they gave us a tour of the property and decorated our room with balloons, making the celebration even more special. The view of the Pitons was breathtaking, and I would definitely stay here again.”

“Great experience. Spent 2 nights before Christmas, the steak and pork rib in The Cove was one of the best on the island, the drink, cocktails and wine offered in bars were also amazing. All staff were attentive, even though sometimes was a bit slow when many customers came. The new Asian style restaurant charged us certain amount which we didn’t order, the staff explained that was a mistake due system error. There might still be some thing can be improved.”

“Tucked away in gros islet, I truly enjoyed my stay on this Grecian inspired property. Staff was kind, especially Clemus. He was not only kind, but genuinely checked in on us w the brightest smile every morning. Our beach staff by the bar were all so funny, helpful and sweet and I seriously mean all of them. We were so happy to stay active utilizing the outdoor gym, fitness center & hiking trails with incredible views. Highly recommend Ladera for your honeymoon or any special occasion!”

“Absolutely breathtaking resorts.. I loved everything about it. The resort is not in a tourist area, but you can get anywhere within 30 mins to 1 hour drive. The spa was amazing, food was great and the snorkeling off the beach was amazing. The rooms are spacious with large closets. The outdoor showers are incredible. The views from the rooms should be on postcards. We will be back for sure”

“What started out as a shaky beginning to my stay at Bel Jou was quickly turned around by the thoughtfulness, professionalism, and accommodating attitude of the onsite manager, Dean. His willingness to listen and address my concerns made a noticeable difference to the overall experience. From that point on, the stay became much more enjoyable. “My time at BodyHoliday was simply exceptional. The resort sits in a stunning private cove and the overall setting is simply beautiful. The staff were amazing and the range of sports on offer was world-class. I played beach volleyball, tried archery, a keelboat and paddle boarding to name but a few. Food was excellent and spa treatments were very welcome after a long day. The Wellness Cafe and TAO were of particular note. Everything exceeded my expectations and I’ve already told the manager……

The Staff specially "Elouise" was attentive , warm and friendly. The hotel's unique character offered a much more personal experience than a typical large one.”

“it wasn't clear that there is no air conditioning. could have used some water and ice stations through out the resort (instead of calling twice a day to get water) other than that is was a very nice resort. relaxing was easy to do. bring plenty of mosquito spray and cortisone cream!”
