「Upon my arrival, I was warmly greeted by Linus, an older gentleman. His kindness and welcoming demeanor left a positive impression on me. When I checked in, I was informed that my room would be ready at 3 p.m. as it was not yet prepared. My room finally became available sometime after 4 p.m. During my stay, I noticed an unusual odor coming from the shower area. Despite this, the room itself was quite pleasant. I was surprised when the staff contacted me at 7 a.m. to introduce themselves....

「Great experience. Spent 2 nights before Christmas, the steak and pork rib in The Cove was one of the best on the island, the drink, cocktails and wine offered in bars were also amazing. All staff were attentive, even though sometimes was a bit slow when many customers came. The new Asian style restaurant charged us certain amount which we didn’t order, the staff explained that was a mistake due system error. There might still be some thing can be improved.」
