The amenities and the property itself was beautiful. We had some trouble with our first room and Tashael our Expedia representative on the property made our experience seamless and helped with the switch of our room. She made all of our dinner reservations and really outdid herself with helping us out every which way. Tashael is the person that made our experience at the Royalton the best.

This resort was very nice. The staff were amazing!! The food was mediocre but better than most all inclusive resorts. The night time entertainment was fun but didn’t last long. Pools were beautiful and the beach was out of this world. I would definitely recommend this to resort.

Merkel was our main bulter during our stay as we had him for 6 of the 8 days (check out day he was off). He always made sure we were good and was excellent to inform us if any delays were occuring. Room was amazing. Beverly took great care of us every day and room was spotless. We loved our butlers Claude and Vivica but due to staffing illness we didn’t actually have any butler for the first few days luckily Claude and Vivica who were assigned to our friends room helped us with reservations anyway. The eating options were extremely limited. You can take a taxi to eat offsite but the taxis are expensive. The property itself is beautiful, very clean and the staff were very friendly.
