“I truly enjoyed the cocoa tea served at breakfast, and most of the staff were warm, friendly, and courteous. When I checked in, they kindly explained how to get to Baywalk Shopping Mall and introduced the hotel’s facilities. Even when I was waiting for a taxi early in the morning at 5:00 a.m. on my departure day, they thoughtfully took the time to recommend beautiful beaches in Soufrière and a bakery well worth visiting.”

“Great location, you can visit the shopping center nearby and some food restaurant you can choose. ”

“I went to do excursions came back left some money in my pocket when I went to go look for it the money was gone”

“Beautiful resort with lots to offer- including a good variety of restaurants and lots of entertainment through out the day and evening. Staff members were all very friendly and informative with any questions we had!”

“It s good”

“We had a wonderful stay at the resort! The property was clean, well-maintained, and offered great amenities. The food was very good, and there was plenty to enjoy throughout our stay. We did have to switch rooms initially because our first room did not have a refrigerator, but the issue was addressed. The staff was always friendly, welcoming, and accommodating, which made the overall experience even better. Be prepared to walk up and down hills. They however shuttles with a wait if there is not……

“We had a couple issues with the room. Microwave worked day 1 & 2 after that it didn't work at all. The tub was broken and non-functional the entire stay. The sink in the bathroom needed new cartridges, water would flood the handles.”

“My partner and I visited Bel Jou for 7 days. It was blissfully relaxing, close to Castries -great food and amenities, lovely staff. Creole weekend even had plenty of lovely authentic Creole food both within the property and they put on a lovely outdoor event for even more authentic food, craft and music! Brilliant. Special shout out to Kidada, Princess and Brandon and the slim gentleman who works on the roof top bar, as standouts during our stay. Also the tall gentleman with dreads who works……

“We had a cottage by the beach and it was perfect. Out your door and 15 steps later u are on the beach with ur own private umbrella and lounge chairs. The staff was super friendly and made our trip a pure pleasure. I highly recommend this resort!”

“Everything was good clean room clean kitchen. The pool was perfect. Just had to leave too soon. AC was working perfect nice clean bathroom and they were very nice. People visit again soon.”

“I give Sanrai two thumbs up, very comfortable with modern amenities, very cozy indeed. I was particularly impressed with how quickly management responded to questions or any messages I sent requesting assistance. Staff was very helpful from booking to check out. This property is highly recomended.”

“Great experience. Spent 2 nights before Christmas, the steak and pork rib in The Cove was one of the best on the island, the drink, cocktails and wine offered in bars were also amazing. All staff were attentive, even though sometimes was a bit slow when many customers came. The new Asian style restaurant charged us certain amount which we didn’t order, the staff explained that was a mistake due system error. There might still be some thing can be improved.”
