My husband and I spent eight fabulous days at Body Holiday. At first, you may think the resort is very expensive, however, when you factor in that the food is gourmet quality everywhere you go, food and drinks are accessible all day long, spa services are included with every day of your stay and they are excellent and there are nonstop activities. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are standard but we spent virtually no time in them, so that was fine. Weather is beautiful except for the occasional rain shower that passes pretty quickly. Overall, our stay was excellent and we are already talking about the possibility of coming back soon. It is no wonder that almost everyone we met has been here many times. Highly recommend!

The spa is nice but a very tough climb up to get there. Food was up and down. Some restaurants were great others not so much. Portions were very small in the main restaurant. Got food poisoning on the last day. Beach is not the best small hard to walk and steep slope to get in the water. Staff were very good.

Fully deserving of 5 stars! Staff hospitality, fabulous. Signature activities, invigorating. Entertainment, wonderful. Food, I wanted for nothing and the supplemental dining experiences were worth doing. The wellness cafe was particularly nice, I looked forward to my coffee and ginger shot daily, staff was always uplifting and so on it!! Housekeeping and turndown, perfect. It was hard to pick out one thing but I would certainly return forYoga, meditation/breathing and aerial yoga experiences with Rashika Todarwai, challenged me, encouraged me and I will be grateful for her daily. New Years Eve experience was 5start, so unexpected!

Perfect All-Inclusive Stay!

This resort has it all—wellness, fun, and community. From daily activities like aqua-fit, tennis, and snorkeling to evening parties and live music, there’s never a dull moment. The solo travelers’ group and communal dining made it feel extra welcoming. Everything is included, staff go above and beyond, and I didn’t have to worry about a thing. Highly recommend!
