「Staff was amazing !! Clean rooms but very basic if you don’t upgrade. There was no upgrade left by the time we booked, and I was a little disappointed . Food, Beach and pools were awesome❤️ My favorite was sit down breakfast outside, they filled us with mimosa while we waited to be served every morning, just divine ❤️」

"I truly enjoyed the cocoa tea served at breakfast, and most of the staff were warm, friendly, and courteous. When I checked in, they kindly explained how to get to Baywalk Shopping Mall and introduced the hotel’s facilities. Even when I was waiting for a taxi early in the morning at 5:00 a.m. on my departure day, they thoughtfully took the time to recommend beautiful beaches in Soufrière and a bakery well worth visiting."
