“Beautiful property, amazing food, stunning beach, and lovely people. 10/10”

“I’ve been to many all inclusive resorts and this by far was the worst experience. Service and entertainment lacking. Staff is not friendly. Food is subpar. Rooms smell musty and do not have adequate electricity. Coffee pot was not working, requested a new one and I had to hold the button in to brew coffee. Had that coffee maker returned as well they failed to replace it. Hard to get dinner reservations to the various restaurants. Best meal of the entire vacation was had off the resort at the……

“The resort was absolutely perfect. If you want a beautiful place to go and just relax while enjoying what the resort has to offer, Ti Kaye was phenomenal! If you wanted to go off resort, booking excursions was incredibly easy too. The staff was unbelievably professional and delightful, you felt truly appreciated and taken care of. St Lucia definitely stole our hearts, I couldn’t recommend the island and resort more! It was really an excellent experience through and through!”

“Wonderful small resort on a clean safe beach. The property is immaculately maintained. The staff was friendly, competent, and so helpful. Rooms and beds were very comfortable. Easy access to Castries and Rodney Bay where there is great shopping and dining. You will need a rental car or taxis. Walked is really not an option.”

“You must enjoy the outdoors and all it comes with (birds, iguanas, insects, etc) when staying here. The property is beautiful. This was my first time experiencing no Ac or 4th wall. The breeze and fans kept the room cool. I advise to turn off all lights at night and bring plenty of bug spray to keep the insects away. “Great experience. Spent 2 nights before Christmas, the steak and pork rib in The Cove was one of the best on the island, the drink, cocktails and wine offered in bars were also amazing. All staff were attentive, even though sometimes was a bit slow when many customers came. The new Asian style restaurant charged us certain amount which we didn’t order, the staff explained that was a mistake due system error. There might still be some thing can be improved.”

“We had one day to stay at this location so given the pics, we felt this was a good fit. It is a 1/2 hour from the airport but that's about the best thing. When we got there, the place was empty and that was fine. We were past prime season, but the 6 cats and the smell of cat urine was too much. The views were great from the bar and patio, the rooms very average with one that reeked of cat pee. We took our losses and left. We did not stay overnight as it was just too smelly. The one beer……

“I loved the view from the room, beautiful, and the personal balcony with the hammock. The room could've used a deep clean, but pretty clean to the naked eye. Casey was helpful, and ran me down to the store for there isn't any food close. The suites sits on very steep hills, so the use of a taxi is crucial. Their sign inside the suite says housekeeping everyday, but only received towels, and clean dishes 2x's out of 5 day stay. The numbers listed are not helpful when trying to reach someone, ……
