Rural Accommodations Casa Fabián, La Cabaña (Pet Friendly)
Casa Fabián is located on the central Asturian coast, in the town of Pillarno, 7 minutes from the coast and the mountain, to enjoy unforgettable days in nature, practicing all kinds of outdoor activities.
- The original hydraulic tile floors have been preserved, as well as many of the original furniture that inhabited it. All the interior decoration is carefully prepared to give the house a warm and rustic atmosphere. It is partially below an Asturian bread basket.
It is located in the town of Pillarno, which has a privileged location to move to any point of Asturias without making large displacements. It belongs to the municipality of Castrillón, also known as "the municipality of the seven beaches", due to its many kilometers of sand and sea: Salinas, Santa María del Mar, San Juan, Berries, Arnao, El Sablón, etc., and six kilometers of the Asturian Central Coast. Nestled in a valley, its vegetation is green and leafy. An ideal place to rest.
If the weather permits, astronomical observation can be organized.

Maravilloso lugar
Es un sitio pequeño pero ideal para estar en pareja con nuestra mascota. Tiene todo lo que se necesita y el entorno es impresionante. Nosotros hemos estado genial y nuestro perro (pastor alemán) mejor incluso que nosotros en el jardincito.Ramón y Sara muy atentos, proporcionándonos más cosas de las que necesitábamos.El pueblo super tranquilo por el que se puede pasear y disfrutar de sus alrededores. Muy buena ubicación para poder ver otros lugares.Sin duda un sitio ideal para no dejar pasar.

Die Wohnung wa klein aber fein ,für zwei Personen ausreichend. Leider war kaltes Wetter und keine Möglichkeit zu heizen. Ein Ofen war da aber Heizmaterial.Die Gastgeber sind freundlich und hilfsbereit, kann man weiterempfehlen.

Casa pequeña pero acogedora con todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda. El jardín perfecto tanto si viajas con mascotas como si quieres pasar tiempo al aire libre. Atención genial por parte de los dueños. Ubicación perfecta cerca de playa y monte, y de algunos de los pueblos y playas más bonitos de Asturias. Nos vamos con ganas de volver

Casa super agradable para disfrutar de su jardin y su preciosa cocina con encanto
Nos encantó la casita, super acogedora y con una decoración rústica tradicional que hace alejarte de la ciudad por completo.
Todo super cuidado, hasta los detalles!! Flores naturales hasta en el baño!!
Los anfitriones muy atentos nos dejaron unos dulces de bienvenida.
Además de para desayunar tranquilamente al sol, su jardín privado es perfecto si vas con mascotas.

Small, Dark and Handy
We stayed here in Piarnu for 13 nights in early September. La cabańa is up a narrow lane leading to a small orchard/car parking area. The accommodation is SMALL but given it is for 2 people that is to be expected. The bedroom has plenty of room for storage and the bed itself is comfortable. The shower room is large and there was always plenty of hot water.
The kitchen/dining area is tight for two people working together and the stove top is small.
If there is a disappointment it is the small seating area, we found the sofa to be a bit small. However the outside space was sunny most of the day so the indoor space was little used.
This is a traditional build with associated dark wood throughout including the shutters so the house is DARK. However, given the temperature this was welcome to keep the house relatively cool through the day.
The location is vey HANDY for several excellent beaches nearby (Salinas, El Sablon, San Juan). Avilès, Oviedo and Gijon are easily reached too. Heading inland there are waterfalls and Salas is worth a visit on the Camino de Santiago pilgrimage.
Ramon, our host, was very helpful and around if/when we needed anything. He also spent some time with us and a map pointing out places worth visiting.
In terms of local restaurants we found the Casa Nemesia more welcoming than the (nearer) Casa Nueva.
No hesitation in recommending this as a base to explore what Asturias has to offer.

Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeber!
Die Zufahrt zum Parkplatz war von der Breite her mit unserem Viano zu bewältigen. Die Ferienwohnung war komplettest ausgestattet, die Handtücher wurden alle 3 Tage frisch vor die Tür gestellt, die Bettwäsche nach einer Woche.
Nachdem das Klima eine hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit hat, stand ein Trockengerät zur Verfügung.
Im Ort, 200 m weiter, gibt es eine Gaststätte, nach 5 Minuten Autofahrt Supermärkte, zum 3 km langen, freien, aber bewachten Sandstrand in Aviles / Salinas eine Viertelstunde.

Terrible and i will not be booking with you again
Cold dark and cellar like, cooking hob old and slow, very cold heat went off in 30mins ,no hot water in bathroom at all. Eerie. I left after 2 hrs very miserable. The owner gone to work.

¡Todo perfecto!
Fuimos madre e hija con nuestro cachorro, ¡y la estancia fue maravillosa! La casita está muy bien comunicada con los principales focos turísticos, además de con el Playón de Bayas O el Sablón para nuestro perrete. Un diez la atención de Ramón, que estuvo pendiente en todo momento y tuvo un detalle con cada uno de los miembros de la familia. Se lo recomendaría a cualquier persona con los ojos cerrados. ¡Un placer!

Clean, Quiet and close to town
The property manager worked hard to make our check in easy. La Cabana was a nice place to relax after busy days out and about. We found this rural home close to town, and a clean and quiet place with everything we needed. We’re happy that we were able to stay here.

Nos hemos alojado una semana , mi pareja , nuestra perrita y yo , el entorno es tranquilo y puedes desconectar, a la vez es buen sitio de partida para ver sitios de interés, la cabaña es muy acogedora para una pareja y nuestra perra ha estado encantada, pues tiene una parcelita con cesped verde en la que se lo ha pasado pipa, la cabaña está equipada con todas las cosas básicas. El anfitrión Ramón ha estado atento de que no nos faltase de nada, y te recomienda sitios que visitar. Si tienes perro , a 15 km esta la playa el Sablón de Bayas, es ideal para disfrutar con tu mascota, la playa es enorme y de arena. Hemos estado encantados , seguro que volveremos

Einfach herrlich
