Für uns super!!

Wir waren 2 Wochen vor Ort (Ende August/Anfang September), perfekt für uns und unseren Hund! Kurzer Fußweg zum Meer, Garten mit Schattenplätzen! Wir hatten absolute Ruhe und konnten uns gut erholen! Einzig der Zugang zum Objekt ist etwas schwierig über eine steile Steintreppe, da das Haus direkt am Meer liegt (Felsenküste). Für uns war dies jedoch kein Problem. Wir kommen gerne wieder!!

CASA DA MIGLIORARE

La casa non è a Castro, ma a Marina di Andrano. Una delle 2 stanze (la cucina con divano letto) è inutilizzabile peer dormire: non ci sono persiane, e dalla mattina presto la temperatura sale a livelli disumani. Casa abbastanza sporca, in parte comprendiamo la posizione nella natura, ma la pulizia è proprio fatta solo in superficie, Giardino stupendo. Entrata al mare ok, ma scogli non comodissimi. Comunque ok per chi cerca tranquillità. Auto necessaria per qualsiasi cosa. Entrata con scale non comode, difficile per persone anziane.

Great secluded spot on the coastline!

Beautiful spot for a few days relaxation, restaurants of Castro just a few minutes drove away or better yet all the amenities to cook yourself some wonderful meals at the house. Would 100% revisit!

L'accettabilissima scomodità degli scalini dalla e verso la strada è un invito ulteriore a godere della bellezza del posto nel suo complesso, e muoversi tra veranda, giardino e mare. Il posto è perfetto per isolarsi dalla quotidianità, avendo tuttavia a portata di mano tutto ciò che è necessario per fare la spesa, pranzare o cenare fuori, fare escursioni in mare e nei paesi all'interno del territorio salentino. Pace, natura, vita all'aperto e un mare di una bellezza unica. La discrezione e la disponibilità di Tony completano un quadro da giudicare in modo assolutamente positivo.

Veramente bella

La casa gode di una posizione fantastica, degradante su un mare bellissimo. E ricca di privacy e silenziosa . L'accesso privato agli scogli è il suo punto di forza così come la terrazza barbecue. L'interno potrebbe aspirare a meglio, ma nel complesso ottima situazione. Il proprietario è stato molto cortese con noi, consigliatissima!

UNA SETTIMANA FANTASTICA IN QUESTA bellissima casa sul mare... E che dire? Meglio dal vivo che nelle foto... Pulita e coloratissima! Impagabile la comodita' della privacy e della discesa agli scogli direttamente davanti casa. Il terrazzo attrezzato ed ombrato ha fatto da sfondo ai nostri pranzi e alle nostre cene... per poi rilassarci di sera davanti al mare e alle stelle. La casa e' perfetta per una coppia, ed e' dotata di aria condizionata e di una cucina attrezzatissima. L'unica accortezza e' tenere presente che per raggiungerla dalla strada ci sono da fare circa 30 gradini non perfettamente agevoli per tutti... Soprattutto se si hanno le buste della spesa o quando si torna di notte, ma con un po' di attenzione e la luce del telefonino tutto si risolve perfettamente. Lontana dal caos delle spiagge piu' famose ma che si possono comodamente raggiungere in macchina in poco tempo. Molto carino anche il paese di Castro un piccolo gioiellino incastonato sulla roccia a strapiombo sul mare dove poter mangiare ottimo pesce e visitare in negozietti di artigianato che meritano davvero una sosta.... Ottima sistemazione per chi come noi viaggia con animali: il nostro cane e' stato benissimo nel grande giardino terrazzato! Sicuramente torneremo e faremo pubblicità.. il posto e la casa meritano davvero tanto! Grazie!

Tre settimana per ricaricare le batterie ....!!!!!

Siamo stati per quasi tre settimane. La descrizione dell'inserzione rispetta fedelmente quanto trovato sul posto. L'immobile era in buono stato e pulito ed il servizio fornito era di buona qualità. Le piccole necessità rappresentate al proprietario sono state risolte in modo rapido. Un solo neo la mancanza della lavatrice (di un televisore ma di quello si può fare anche a meno) e di qualche zanzara ...... la sera. Sarebbe utile una pulizia del giardino e della scalinata di accesso alla casa (piena di foglie secche e piccoli rami). Anche una sistemata al giardino non sarebbe male. La casa è strategica per chi vuol fare mare e relax. In due minuti (120 secondi veri) esci dal cancello e sei con i piedi nell'acqua cristallina del Salento. Se lo consigliamo a qualcuno....l'anno prossimo rischiamo di non trovare disponibile la casa ...... Grazie ai proprietari Claudia e Fabrizio

L'alloggio è funzionale e...

L'alloggio è funzionale e ben arredato con bella vista sul mare ed ampi spazi esterni da sfruttare per colazioni e cene all'aperto.L'accesso privato sugli scogli è favoloso e da la possibilità di fare splendidi bagni e tornare comodamente in giardino a prendere il sole. Cosa volere di più dalla vita! Il proprietario si è dimostrato molto disponibile e cordiale. Grazie!
