「I liked the daily room service. Liked the quietness of the place. Liked daily fresh towels and other replenishments. Liked big refrigerator. Overall, liked the open big room space. 「其實真是太差，最重要是不清潔，廁版上有很多及大片尿，只是蓋上已清潔紙條，實在太過份，最後由我自己清理乾淨。及有蟑螂在房裏。幸好只住一晚。還有在check out 時，得知其他房沒有冷氣，35度下沒有冷氣，實在不能接受。」

「Unfortunately our stay was not the best. Upon arrival into the room we immediately found an iron stain on one of the bedside tables. My sister dropped something and when she picked it up found dog food under the bed. The bathroom sink leaked to the point multiple towels were needed just so we did not slip and even though i booked a room for 4 people, 2 twin beds we got 1 single blanket. 「I had a very cool experience in Sydney . The room is tidy and the share facilities are clean. I think the staffs are friendly as well... unfortunately the holiday is near the train station, so you may feel it's noisy but I think it's acceptable. A nice experience with Granville hotel.」
