「It was about 5 miles out of Cherokee so less traffic. Seen elks on property. River very beautiful. Room was clean. Only problem was pillows to flat so we went and bought us some for our bed. Other than that , we will be back」

「We arrived and checked in properly, that’s where the positives end for this property. Upon the property manager showing us our room she had a sticky note on the thermostat which stated “do not change “ in bold letters. The temperature in our 2nd floor room was 79, not hateful but it escalated to 83 by 6 pm. I then sent a message to the manager indicating our frustration and wanted immediate attention. She provided 2 options, a fan or installation of a window unit. She continually indicated...

We arrived at 3:30pm but were told check-in was at 4pm even though their website says 3. It was 4:15 when we were allowed to get in our room. That was a little annoying. 「Parking was easy, room was clean, air conditioning worked well. Our room had balcony with river view which was so serene & beautiful! Not much options for breakfast though, very very basic. Overall good for 1 night stay.」

「This was a great location on our way through Maggie Valley. The outdoor area and live band on a Saturday night was a perfect way for us to end our day. The staff in the location was great. Would definitely stay again.」
