Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Si tratta di un campus universitario di Catania. Effettua anche servizio foresteria. E' ben organizzato diversamente dall'Ateneo. Una buona scelta da non sottovalutare per viaggi di lavoro anche per il fatto di essere prossimo al centro storico.

Double deck room is amazing. Great to stay in a historical building. within acceptable walking distance from Train station, bus to airport and old city center. Food variety and stock can be improved further during Breakfast.

Great Wi-fi but poor AC

i chose this property as was arriving late and had a 24 hour reception, unlike a lot of budget options in Catania. The room was clean if a bit basic she sterile. There is some kind of campus attached to the residence and hence quite a few students. But overall the place was peaceful. The Wi-fi was amazing super fast. I downloaded a 800MB film from Netflix and it took less than 3 minutes. The AC however was not the best. It was adequate for Oct when it was 27c outside. But wouldn’t like to be here in the summer

Viaggio da solo per lavoro. Ho trovato che tutto corrispondeva alla descrizione. Ambienti rinnovati. Pulizia di camera e spazi comuni. La camera, spaziosa, dava sul cortile interno, silenziosa e tranquilla. A piedi si raggiunge facilmente il centro ed anche la fermata dell'alibus per l'aereoporto è a 5 minuti. Unica pecca: il distributore di bevande si è trattenuto le monete senza erogare e la reception non se ne è assunta la responsabilità. Per il resto assolutamente soddisfatto, da raccomandare per il rapporto qualità prezzo.

Super clean, confortable and very big room. Good breakfast though could use some variety. Very friendly and helpful staff. The only negative point is that it is located in a very busy road, which can be quite noisy. The area is not exactly glamorous but its perfectly safe and reasonably central.

Muy buena opción para quedarse en Catania.

Me sorprendió gratamente las instalaciones, todo muy nuevo y amplío. Las camas cómodas. El personas excelente y un buen desayuno. El edificio es en realidad una residencia universitaria. El alojamiento para tres consistía en un pequeño dúplex. Si es verdad, que no es muy apto para personas con poca movilidad, por lo menos para acceder a la planta alta, ya que se acceder a través de una escalera de caracol. A unos 15 minutos de la arteria principal de Catania. No tiene parking, pero pudimos aparcar el coche en una calle muy cercana pagando hora. 2.90€ (toda la mañana o la tarde). Indicar que la habitación que nos tocó daba a la calle y que los habitantes de Catania se levantan temprano y son muy ruidosos.

Property was not as expected but turned out to be excellent on all fronts. Decor was restrained modern (unexpected) and very clean. great friendly staff, great breakfast and facility, great location, comfortable accommodation but wasn't expecting a loft situation, which turned out to be spacious and pleasant, great outdoor space for fresh air and relaxing. Not much to dislike really!
