LM APARTMENT - View over the city

Located in the historic center of Catania, on the second floor of an elegant building, a 5-minute walk from Piazza Duomo, Ursino Castle and Via Etnea, the accommodation offers a large and beautiful terrace overlooking the city and stylish furnishings. modern with attention to detail. The apartment, just renovated, has two double bedrooms and a large bedroom with two single beds and a sofa bed, all equipped with flat screen TV, air conditioning, mosquito nets, sheets, pillows, blankets and towels.
The kitchen, habitable, is equipped with every accessory and the two bathrooms, both with shower, are equipped with towels and hairdryer.
The neighborhood is very quiet and served: within walking distance there are supermarkets, bars / ice cream parlors, restaurants, trattorias, pharmacies, etc.
The excellent location of the building will allow you to reach the Pescheria which is located behind Piazza Duomo: a fish market, the most colorful, animated, chaotic and characteristic of Catania.

Lovely apartment with roof deck close to everything

The apartment was well appointed and had a lovely roof deck. Everything we needed was there and the age of the buildings added charm. The area is a little challenging at night and need to ensure all pictures about getting into the building are downloaded as there are multiple keys etc.

Fabulous apartment!

This apartment is in a perfect central location but private and secure. Laura and Marianna met us on arrival and made everything easy! The place is spotless with aircon in each room, excellent showers and a neat kitchen. The roof terrace was lovely to greet the sunrise and chill at dusk but take care with the spiral stairs. We loved it 😎

Location, location, location!

We had a great three-day stay at L&M’s apartment. The apartment is just as described, very comfortable and the terrace overlooking the city rooftops is a treat. Perfect Location to see everything

We absolutely loved our stay in Catania. The apartment was clean, updated and well located. The roof terrace was perfect for relaxing in the afternoons before going out to dinner. We were 5 minutes walk to sooo many places to see and the restaurant reccomendations were great. We cannot thank Laura and Marianna enough for booking a taxi to the airport at 5 am, it made the morning much less stressfull. Thank you!!!

The only issue we had was parking. They do not have private parking and almost impossible to find parking. Taxi’s are expensive. Otherwise a great stay. I would still recommend this beautiful apartment. Owners were great

Appartement récemment rénové très bien situé

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cet appartement très récemment rénové. Très propre et fonctionnel. Les petits plus : une belle terrasse panoramique et cet appartement est accessible par un ascenseur. L'appartement n'est pas du tout bruyant alors que nous sommes à 5 mn à pied du centre historique. Parking dans la rue toujours disponible. Merci à Laura et Marianna pour votre accueil.

Fire and Ice in February

Lovely spacious apartment with a large roof terrace to make the most of a surprisingly sunny week in February. You might just manage a sundowner up there but then the temperature plummets. Our host was on site to meet us, it might have been tricky to find otherwise but I think they always do that. Only downside was a longish walk to the station for exploring beyond C|atania. Thanks Laura and Marianna for a great stay.

Beautiful apartment, fantastic location

Perfect location!! Close to everything! Easy walk to the main piazza, restaurants, and markets. Lovely, clean, new apartment with all the amenities of home and a bottle of wine to welcome you. It was a quick 15 minute taxi ride from the airport. Check in was a breeze with Laura. Have google translate handy because I'm not sure how much English she speaks, but we had no issues. There is an elevator to get to the apartment and a small spiral staircase if you want to go up to the roof top patio. Easy 5 minute walk to Sant'Agata Cathedral, the piazza, fish market and restaurants. We walked to the taxi stand on Via Vittorio Emanuele II and the piazza del duomo to take a taxi back to the airport. Very easy. We would definitely stay here again!

Comfort & good localization

The appartment is very well located. Less than 5 minutes by foot you reach the elephant's square, where is the starting point for many attractions in the city. The kitchen is also very well equipped, which makes things very handy. The owners are also very kind and courteous.

Fantastic location, setting and comfort!

Such a beautiful apartment, surpassed only by our hosts’ thoughtfulness and attention to detail: we loved the bottle of Sicilian wine, perfectly cleaned rooms and great design. The funky roof-top deck was lovely in early evening, as swallows swirled overhead, and even caught a fireworks display one night. Perhaps better than all that was our rescue by one of the team, who drove us to the airport when we couldn’t secure a ride. She wouldn’t accept any money for gas, despite our requests. We highly recommend this polished apartment on every count - including its proximity to beautiful cathedrals, piazzas and yummy restaurants.

Zentral, modern unkompliziert

Eine sehr schöne, geräumige, moderne Unterkunft. Die Lage direkt in der Altstadt war top. Zur Zeit wird ein Fahrstuhl gebaut, was den Komfort nochmal verbessert. Die Klimaanlage war bei den sehr heißen Temperaturen ein Segen. Wir waren mit vier Personen unterwegs und hatten mehr als reichlich Platz. Marianna kommunizierte nur auf Italienisch , was aber Dank Google kein Problem war. Check in und Check out verliefen völlig unkompliziert. Es fehlten in der Küche ein paar Töpfe und eine Kaffeemaschine. Wir waren ohnehin in der Umgebung essen, so dass wir diese Dinge nicht wirklich vermisst haben. Sollten wir nochmal in Catanien sein, würde wir diese Unterkunft wieder wählen.

Trés bon emplacement

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Catane. Bel appartement calme et fidèle à sa description. 3 chambres avec climatisation, 2 salles d'eau avec toilettes et une très belle terrasse privative au-dessus avec une superbe vue sur les toits de Catane. Les monuments les plus prisés sont accessibles à pied.
