- Maximum occupancy: 6 Adults

- Parking: 3 Vehicles or less. No parking in front of the mailbox or on the grass

- City’s transient occupancy tax: 12% plus 1% for regional programs

- Rental occupants (over 18 years old) are required to read and acknowledge the City`s Good Neighbor brochure which requires guests to respect the neighbor’s privacy and peaceful enjoyment of their property.

- NO outdoor music shall be used outside at any time. Music played from the inside of the STVR shall not be heard beyond the property line of the STVR at all times. Use of outdoor amenities/activities that create noise is prohibited from 10 PM to 8 AM.

- Refundable Security Deposit: $500

- Pets (Up to 2 dogs): $95



VRBO guests will directly pay VRBO a booking fee (collected at reservation time). To complete the reservation, the Guest will need to pay PRIDE Properties the complete reservation through a credit card or online payment applications such as Zelle, PayPal, or Venmo.
