“The property was conveniently located near the port of Savona with easy access to many markets, shops, bars & restaurants all within a short walking distance. The rooms are clean yet small but adequate. Beds are comfortable. I did not eat in the restaurant as there many other options nearby. The staff was sometimes friendly & welcoming & other times dismissive & not engaged or concerned with guest satisfaction & not proactive in their response. The biggest challenge was the climate control……

“Tout est décevant. Il faut monter 2 étages (qui en feraient 4 ou 5 dans un bâtiment récent), accueil peu agréable par le propriétaire qui voulait me refaire payer la note réglée il y a 1 mois), un escalier genre échelle pour accéder au lit, aucun rangement prévu et, le comble, la salle de bain n'est pas attenante. Il faut traverser le hall pour y accéder. Je ne parle pas des moisissures au dessus de la douche. ”

“This was significantly overpriced for a very modest property and the promises were a bit deceptive. To say it is beach front is seriously.misrepresentative. it is up a steep, winding road. The expensive pay parking, if the hotel is busy, can mean parking halfway down the mountain. The room was worn and shabby. We were deeply disappointed at the price. Finding the place was a nightmare, with it's hidden entrance on a hairpin turn. The young man who checked us in was professional and excellent……

“Personalmente credo che come hotel 4 stelle non se le meriti sia per la camera molto scadente che mi è stata data che per il servizio,senza contare la colazione che era molto povera vista la località turistica. Sarebbe il caso per loro di aggiungere qualcosina alla colazione oppure di sostituire il surgelato, detto ciò la mia è solo una umile opinione e spero venga considerata costruttiva perche purtroppo gli albergatori in Italia stanno andando verso il declino per colpa di queste strutture……

“A Little complicated check in and parking instructions due to hillside location and narrow roads but the staff was responsive very patient and helpful. All of that aside the most expansive beautiful view of the Mediterranean is the reward of staying at this wonderful place. The room was very clean and warm with modern features ie lighting and bathroom fixtures. Homemade Breakfast was included and delivered to my room. This made for a very comfortable and unique stay.
