「They accommodated our super late check in very nicely when we had to book last minute for a family emergency. The front desk person was very nice. They do not have an elevator so be aware of that. 「We booked a suite - kitchen, living room, 1 bedroom with two queen beds. We checked in and went to our room. The room was a typical hotel room with only two beds. We went back to the front desk where they quickly resolved the issue. Our suite was very nice.
