“Air conditioner has good working. People are nice and good response for us. Basically room are clean but I can see small ants some of them on the table and on floor. I doesn't matter for it. In neighbor restaurant made big sounds at night to midnight.”

La comunicación con el anfitrión muy eficiente, la cama se dañó y la respuesta en la reparación fue oportuna; sin embargo, se recomienda cambio de la cama, no reparación ya que no era cómoda. Pero contaba con sofá cama que nos salvó. Igualmente se recomienda si o si tener acceso a internet, ya que yo intenté coordinar el día antes para al llegar tener claro lo del ingreso, pero se indica que se da las instrucciones el mismo día, horas……

“If you want to explore Casco Viejo, the location does not get any better than this. The balcony faces Cathedral Plaza and is a quick walk to many galleries, restaurants and clubs. The apartment I was in had lots of charm and a great use of space. The check in and check out process was super easy. Also, the Wynwood team is always available on WhatsApp if there are any issues or if you need anything. ”

“We could not enter the property with the code. Eventually the cleaning lady let us in and we left our bags there whilst she finished her job. We returned later and still could not enter with the code. The owners did not respond to the messaging. Finally we got in as other guests were leaving the building. The apartment was clean and the a/c was on. Then the owners messaged us that we could not stay there! We replied that we wanted to stay there. They said there was a maintenance issue. Not that……

“The place was beautiful and in a great location in the old town close to bars and restaurants. However it was very noisy until about 3am every night for my stay due to proximity to the bars. I guess you can have everything but it would have been nice to have been told about the noise. We moved out after 7 of of our 9 nighs there.”

“the whole place was cleaned. the availability of hot water was appreciated. both air conditioners worked superb. the location was great. it was close to food spots, local , fancy and fast foods. Wifi was stable. It was also helpful to have washer and dryer available on site in the apartment. Privacy is truly at its utmost....I felt safe...the night views from high above were beautiful.”
