「clean room and friendly staff」

「the view of ships passing thru the Panama Canal was very nice! very comfortable stay, will definitely stay at IHG properties again」

「Way too cold at night and theres no way to warm up. And dont just start the washer and walk off, turn the water on first which is a pipe in the back. Show up early breakfast finishes early. Bring long sleeve jammies and i guess you'd be fine, even with the AC off its still cold!!」

「很方便」

「We had a flood on our floor one of the nights of our stay. No one bothered notifying us, we just arrived to a pool on the floor. They also didn’t check the rooms so everything that was on the floor had been sitting in water for hours. They moved us to a much cheaper hotel for the night (after we requested, it had not been arrange prior). Upon my return the next night, the room now smelled strongly of cleaner. I’ve asked for a refund for that night and they only offered to refund one of the rooms...

「The room was clean, but the staffs were not friendly and seemed to be colorist. At breakfast I felt uncomfortable because this one woman gave me a bad eye every chance she could. One specific morning I had to eat breakfast off the property because one guy was giving me a seat and the lady told him something in Spanish then he then told me the seat was taken but nobody was sitting there at the time. I do not recommend this hotel !」
