Appartement confortable, proche centre ville, Proche des dĂ©parts de belles randonnĂ©es. Joli village sympathique avec ses nombreux commerçants, sa bonne charcuterie, son bon fromage sans oublier le magasin Ballot Flurin, spĂ©cialiste des abeilles. À ne pas manquer ! Cauterets est idĂ©alement situĂ© pour visiter les PyrĂ©nĂ©es. Lourdes, pic du midi,col du Tourmalet,pont d Espagne,lac de gaube,les crĂȘtes du Lys sans oublier les bains du rocher. Des vacances top.

L'appartement n'Ă©tait pas conforme Ă  nos attentes : loin d'ĂȘtre rĂ©novĂ© (alors que l'Ă©tat des lieux est envoyĂ© Ă  l'avance par le propriĂ©taire avec la consigne de le lire avec attention), il nĂ©cessiterait d'ĂȘtre rafraĂźchit (peintures, mobilier). Nous avons dĂ» faire le mĂ©nage avant de nous installer, les vitres Ă©taient sales et la poussiĂšre omniprĂ©sente, la vaisselle est faite de rĂ©cupĂ©ration et parfois cassĂ©e. Le lit parental a vĂ©cu, les couettes et alĂšses nĂ©cessiteraient d'ĂȘtre lavĂ©es, la piĂšce borgne destinĂ©e aux enfants n'est pas cloisonnĂ©e jusqu'en haut et ne constitue pas une chambre mais plutĂŽt coin couchage dans le couloir. Nous ne nous sommes pas retrouvĂ©s avec la description et avons trouvĂ© le prix trop Ă©levĂ© au regard de ces prestations. L'appartement est situĂ©

Long weekend passĂ© au printemps, en basse saison. L'appartement profite de grandes fenĂȘtres et est placĂ© idĂ©alement en centre ville. Il est trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©, notamment la cuisine. Des espaces de rangement pour les vĂȘtements seraient un plus.

Appartement bien placé et bien équipé . En revanche, la communication sur le contrat, le ménage à faire et les différents interlocuteurs pour récupérer les clés sont compliqués. Le principe du menage fait par les locataires en fin de séjour, pour les futurs locataires est à revoir... le logement était sale, et avec le covid je ne trouve pas ca sérieux !

Un appartement idĂ©alement situĂ© mais exigu avec trĂšs peu de place de rangements. Le linge de maison n'est pas fourni. La personne qui nous a accueillis, bien que joviale, n'a pas pris beaucoup de temps pour nous fournir des renseignements utiles ( ex: oĂč se garer etc.)

Nous pensons que cet appartement est adapte a 4 personnes maxi, il manque un peu de rangement pour les vetements. Refaire le "kit vaisselle". L'appartement est tres tres bien situe dans Cauterets pres du centre et des commerces.

Appartement trĂšs bien placĂ© dans CauterĂȘts, clair et lumineux. La cuisine est trĂšs agrĂ©able. Nous Ă©tions 4 personnes, idĂ©al car au delĂ  peut ĂȘtre un peu juste d'autant qu'il manque de rangement surtout pour les valises. TrĂšs bon accueil sur place pour la rĂ©ception des clĂ©s.
