Room and hotel overall was very clean. Amenities were great, including breakfast in the morning. Staff was super friendly and accommodating, even extending our stay in our already assigned room when weather ruined our plans to leave Madrid. Great location, close to shopping, restaurants, subway stops, etc.

Very central location in Madrid. Right across from a subway station. Easy to catch taxi also in front of the hotel. It is a busy thorough fare with alot of access to stores and restaurants. It is the touristy area of the city so keep that in mind if you are looking to be in a quieter area. I was on the 4th floor, but couldn't hear much noise.
Rooms are very clean and great condition. Great housekeeping. Staff overall friendly.
Overall great hotel. Lobby area and public spaces need some updating and would be my only comment about furnishings and not having a coffee maker in the rooms are the only two slight comments about the accomodations.
