Beautiful countryside home

I rented this beautiful old home for a month. Great location for driving all over Provence region. A car is a necessity. Absolutely loved the charm of the home and property. Some problems with electricity, internet and TV access. Difficult to communicate with property management company but the owners were very involved I would definitely stay here again.

Nice house great location but property is not fenced and pool has tiny stairs

Great location Beautiful outside Ask twice if house was fenced. Answer was yes No fence no gate Outside dogs came every day. Not good if you have pets or kids. Pool is difficult tiny steps deep. Not ideal for kids or older people. No ramp nothing. No fans. Average linens poor bathroom. Not worth the cost. Beautiful outside. Nice kitchen and living room

Très beau mas provençal

La maison est très belle, ainsi que le jardin et la piscine. La climatisation qui sera installée en 2023 est nécessaire. Nous avons vraiment soufferts de la chaleur. Le ménage n'était pas bien fait à notre arrivée et nous n'avons eu personne pour nous accueillir. Nous avons prévenu l'agence des problèmes de ménage et personne n'est intervenu. Pas de nettoyage de la piscine pendant notre séjour, ce qui semble étonnant. Sinon, tout était bien.

Das Haus ist toll, aber etwas renovierungsbedürftig. Nach einem Sturm gab es für unseren gesamten weiteren Aufenthalt (10 Tage) kein Internet mehr. Das betraf offensichtlich die ganze Region, wat aber für uns sehr ungünstig. Im Schlafzimmer hat es herein geregnet. Das wurde nach unserer Meldung vom Dachdecker aber sofort behoben. Die Abflüsse waren zum Teil verstopft bzw das Wasser in den Duschen lief schlecht ab. Schade, denn ansonsten ist es ein tolles Haus mit einem schönen Pool und einem großen gepflegten Garten.

Provence total!

Ein wunderschönes Haus! Ruhig gelegen (bis auf die ab 07.30 Uhr beginnende Jagd im Oktober! Leider wurde jeden morgen geschossen). Wir waren 2 Familien mit Oma und hatten genug Platz! Besonders schön, sind die sehr großen Schlafzimmer und die bequemen Betten. Der Pool war schon etwas kalt um diese Jahreszeit, aber das hat unsere Kinder nicht gestört, sie haben trotzdem täglich gebadet. Durch den Mistral hat es leider in den ersten Tagen nach Kloake gerochen, das hat sich aber im laufe der Woche wieder gelegt. Der Außenbereich mit dem Grill, die Küche mit Gasherd und das tolle Wohnzimmer hat uns begeistert. Draußen gibt es überall Sitzgelegenheiten und es waren auch ausreichend Liegen am Pool vorhanden. Es gibt keinen Bäcker in der Nähe, so musste man immer mit dem Auto losfahren. Alles in Allem hatten wir eine tolle Woche und kommen bestimmt einmal wieder.

Beautiful house in great surroundings.

The old stone house is situated on a quiet side road amidst the country side about 5 km outside Cavaillon and 7 km from cute market village of Isle sur Sorgue. Garden is very well kept with many small sitting places in the shade of the trees. Pool is really great and refreshing. House is well equipped and beds are really good. There is really all you need for a relaxing vacation. We were staying during the heat wave end of June. We inquired with owners prior arrival if fans could be provided but we were told house was cool. In the bed rooms on 1st floor it was 28 deg during nighttime but thanks to Amélia, fans were offered after a few days. There is a lot of nice sights within 1 - 1.5 hours drive for instance -Gorges du Ardeche with great kayaking on the river. -Pont du Gard -Avignon -Isle Sur Sorgue with many nice restaurants. -Rouissillon -Fontaine-de-Vaucluse Apart from great wine areas of course. We would go any time soon in this house again.

Pour les soirées d'hiver il manque tout de même un peu d'éclairage, c'est dommage. Par contre les frais (obligatoires) de ménage sont prohibitifs (+170€)... Surtout lorsqu'on découvre à la remise des clés que les frais d'électricité sont en sus. Certes, ce n'est pas pour la somme qui reste modeste, mais c'est la surprise qui fait "tâche"... Même si l'agence indique "de mauvaise foi" que cela était prévu... Pourtant pas de trace sur le contrat signé... (si si j'ai contrôlé)...

Maison bien équipée, située réellement au calme, entre le Lubéron et les Alpilles, avec un grand terrain arboré et une piscine superbe, des terrasses à disposition tout autour de la maison pour profiter pleinement du climat méditerranéen.

Het huis ligt in een heel rustige omgeving in een doodlopende straat. Volop privacy en rust. Een mooie uitvalbasis naar Avignon of kleinere pitoreske plaatsjes in de omgeving. Fraaie tuin waarin kinderen naar hartelust kunnen spelen. Er is een schuurtje met veel kinderspeelgoed, zoals trampoline, badmintonrackets, tafeltennisbatjes voor bij de tafeltennistafel etc. en ook in huis is het een walhalla voor de kinderen. Het huis is ruim en biedt voldoende comfort. De badkamers zijn sober ingericht met douchegordijntjes, wat we persoonlijk niet heel fris vinden. Wel prettig dat elke slaapkamer een eigen toilet heeft. Een paar minpuntjes: het zwembad was niet verwarmd en ondanks het mooie weer was het water eigenlijk te koud om in te zemmen. Wasdroger en kinderstoel ontbraken, hoewel die wel op de site van homeaway staan. We hebben zelf nog een kinderstoel bij de ikea moeten kopen. Al met al: mooi huis, zeker voor herhaling vatbaar maar jammer dat er een paar dingen ontbraken die we wel verwacht hadden.
