Superb, peaceful villa with pool

The villa has been beautifully renovated in 2014 to a high standard. It has a lovely private garden with a good sized pool. Car is hardly needed as shops/restaurants/local beach 10-15 mins walk. Perfect place to relax :)

Great villa in Cavalaire

The villa provides a great base for Cavalaire and the surrounding areas. I'd say that the resort is ideal if you have a young family and like access to a long pretty sandy beach. Cavaliare , like most modern towns on the Cote d'Azur isn't the prettiest when it comes to 60's architecture, but the beautiful ocean, pleasant town centre shops, great restaurants, nice harbour and surrounding vineyards more than compensates. The blue, blue sea and sky also helps! The villa itself is really nice with a nice pool and small garden. There's plenty of shade if needed. The villa is well equipped and the aircon works really well. With a washing machine etc. you don't need to take lots of clothes with you as they dry outside in no time in the sun. Do however take beach towels with you or buy them for 10 Euros a piece in the nearby supermarket. We enjoyed a few of the private beach clubs that have sun-loungers and really good restaurants for lunch. Days out to Cannes and St Tropez were great, and although an hour and a half away, a day in Nice is a must if you've not been. There are lots of nice hill top old villages to visit nearby so plenty to do if you want a break from the beach. Everywhere was clean and the sea was crystal clear. I'd thoroughly recommend Cavalaire and the villa and we all really enjoyed ourselves. Stephanie the owner was particularly helpful and courteous during the booking process before we landed.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour à Cavalaire dans la villa de Stéphanie.Les points forts de la maison sont:- son emplacement au calme, à proximité immédiate de la plage et des commerces, et pas bien loin du centre-ville.- la disposition des pièces et notamment que chacune des 3 chambres dispose de sa propre salle de douche.- la cuisine bien équipée et fournie. Nous n’avons manqué de rien.- l’extérieur vaste et agréable, bien que nous n’en ayons pas beaucoup profité en cette saison, et le fait de pouvoir garer 2 voitures à l’intérieur.Manon et Stéphanie ont été réactives à nos demandes et très serviables.

Ein sehr schönes Haus mit tollem Garten in ruhiger Lage. Der beliebte und sehr tolle Strand Bonporteau ist fußläufig in gut 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Auch am Hafen bzw. in der Innenstadt von Cavalaire ist man in kurzer Zeit zu Fuß. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Vielen Dank an Fam. de Luca Wirtz, dass wir in dem Haus Urlaub machen durften. Superbe maison

Superbe maison de vacances, calme seulement bercée par le bruit des cigales, piscine ombragée sous les pins, intérieur de la maison parfaitement décoré et équipé, surtout pour un bébé de 2 ans ou moins c’était parfait. Belle plage de bonporteau à 10-15 min à pied (montée descente à considérer si on a des petits enfants et qu’on est chargé). Centre ville proche mais plutôt fait en voiture pour notre part, sinon prévoir vélo peut-être.

Schöne Unterkunft mit allem was man braucht.

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Zeit in dieser Unterkunft verbracht. Alles ist wie auf den Fotos und in der Beschreibung dargestellt. Haus und Garten sind geräumig und der Garten ist sehr schön eingewachsen. Das Haus ist bis auf einen Kinderstuhl super ausgestattet und bietet alles, was bis zu 6 Personen brauchen. Etwas getrübt wird die Bewertung durch den Zustand der Gartenmöbel, die ihre besten Zeiten teils schon hinter sich haben oder mal gereinigt werden müssten und, dass auch im Haus das ein oder andere mal gemacht werden müsste (bspw. undichte Duschen, fehlende Deckenlampe im Bad). Der Pool ist sehr pflegeintensiv, da man ihn wegen der Pinien täglich reinigen muss.

Ein Paradies im Grünen

Helles, freundliches Haus mit 3 großen Schlafzimmern mit Schränken, zwei davon mit Dusche und Waschbecken im Zimmer, eines mit separatem Bad mit WC. Toller Garten mit einem Meer an Pflanzen, der es einem ermöglicht, sonnige wie schattige Orte zu suchen. Sehr großer Pool, der im vorderen Bereich nicht so tief ist, so dass hier größere Kinder stehen können. Sehr unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit den Eigentümern wie auch mit Yvette vor Ort, die sehr flexibel war und immer super schnell antwortete. Wirklich schöne Strandbucht in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Am Hafen viele gute Restaurants, Parkplätze waren in der zweiten Augusthälfte immer vorhanden. Wenn es uns wieder in die Region zieht ist das Haus unsere erste Wahl. Toll wären noch ein bisschen schönere Gartenmöbel gewesen.

Unvergessliches Ferienhaus

Wir waren schon zum zweiten Mal in diesem tollen Haus für unsere Ferien: es ist wunderschön, toll angelegt, schön eingerichtet (ideal für 4 Erwachsene und zwei Kinder mit zwei Erwachsenenschlafzimmer und einen Kinderzimmer; alle Zimmer mit Bad/Dusche), ruhig, nicht einsehbar und nur 5 Gehminuten vom wunderschönen Plage Bonporteau entfernt. Die ganze Umgebung ist mit hohen Pinien eingewachsen, man hat draußen einen Grill und Esstisch und kann unter der großen majestätischen Palme seine Mahlzeiten einnehmen. Und der Pool ist für alle ein zusätzliches Highlight. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Trop cher pour ce que c est

La maison était prévue pour six personnes, or il n y avait que 4 lampes de chevet et 4 places pour s asseoir/s’allonger à la piscine, ainsi que pour s asseoir au salon. 2 douches sur trois ne coulaient pas bien, et on a eu plusieurs fois des inondations. La machine à laver la vaisselle coulait après chaque lavage. Donc, Plusieurs désagréments à l intérieur de la propriété, sans compter que les voisins ont fait de gros travaux pendant les quinze jours de notre séjour, y compris le samedi, donc du bruit en permanence dès le matin! Et tout ça pour un prix nettement supérieur à ce que nous avions loué par le passé les 12 dernières années! Les arbres sont magnifiques, mais avec le vent il faut nettoyer la piscine chaque fois avant de se baigner…,trop d épines de pin tombaient à chaque fois….

Genau so angetroffen, wie angepriesen.

Die Ferienvilla ist einige Minuten von einem schönen Strand gelegen, eingebetettet in einen grosszügigen Garten (ohne Meersicht) mit einem grossen Pool. Das Frühstück und das Abendessen am Tisch unter der grossen Palme haben wir sehr genossen. Wir können die Villa allen empfehlen, die in der Nähe des Strandes eine Bleibe suchen. Anmerkung: Die Küche ist sehr grosszügig bestückt...und wenn man gesucht hätte, dann hätte man auch eine Schublade mit Rüst-, Brotmesser, Zapfenzieher, Raffel usw. gefunden :-)

Une excellente semaine

Nous avons passé une semaine dans cette tres belle maison. Le jardin est très agréable et la végétation environnante permet de profiter de la piscine sans aucun vis à vis. Le centre du village est à 15mn à pied. Nous reviendrons sûrement !
