Appt très bien situé dans une résidence que nous connaissons bien. À toute proximité de la plage, commerces et à 10 minutes à pied du port et centre-ville.Accueil et échanges en amont du séjour avec Michel au top, codes pour arriver au parking directement, ultra pratique pour décharger et surtout stationner tout le séjour ! Une bouteille de rosé au frais à l’arrivée et bcp d’attention de la part de notre hôte , arrangeant !Superbe vue depuis le salon et la terrasse en angle, du bon côté de la plage du centre-ville.Cuisine bien équipée et pratique, ustensiles présents , peut-être manque un peu de vaisselle/couverts/verres mais suffisant au final à 3 adultes et 1 enfant , avec le lave vaisselle. Les plus : électroménager complet et fonctionnel (nespresso, bouilloire, grille pain, four et micro ondes, induction..) , y compris lave linge : très utile pour 15 jours en famille. Box internet, wifi, télé.Et surtout surtout … la clim ! Indispensable à cette période de l’année pour (bien) dormir les fenêtres fermées (restaurants, commerces, bars et animations d’été)!! Fenêtres qui d’ailleurs ont été changées récemment et bien insonorisées / isolées. Bref un super séjour de 15 jours en famille.Nous y retournerons volontiers !

Bel appartement extrêmement bien situé avec terrasse avec store très agréable. Accueil chaleureux de Michel et son épouse.La mer est juste en face et malgré la route à traverser il y a peu de bruit. Les rangements sont en nombre suffisant et l'appartement est bien équipé. Climatisation et ventilateurs sont très appréciables. Place de parking à l'arrière du bâtiment très pratique.

Appartement parfait pour 15 jours de vacances

Très bonne communication en sms et téléphonique avec Michel le propriétaire de l’appartement. Nous attendait à l’arrivée. Une bouteille de rosé en guise de cadeau de bienvenue dans le frigo. Appartement propre et comme décrit sur l’annonce, avec une très jolie vue sur la mer et les bateaux et tout le nécessaire de cuisine. Une très bonne literie également pour passer de bonnes nuits. Très beau balcon ou l’on peut facilement manger à 4. Appartement très bien situé ou tout est accessible à pied si l’on désire ne pas prendre la voiture. Parking sécurisé pour la voiture, ce qui est très appréciable pour passer de bonnes vacances ainsi que la Climatisation qui était la bienvenue avec la chaleur de l’été. En résumé très satisfaite de cette location et de la gentillesse de Michel et de sa femme. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir sans aucun doute. À une prochaine fois.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans cet appartement. L'emplacement est idéal pour celui qui veut aller à la plage tous les jours Par contre attention très bruyant en juillet août, beaucoup de passages de voiture et bar en dessous qui ferme à 3h du matin. Merci à Michel pour les arrangements pour l'arrivée.

Fonctionnel et superbement bien situé, cet appartement vous donnera l'opportunité de faire de belles promenades à pieds ou à vélo. A proximité du centre, on peut effectuer tous les déplacements facilement à pieds. Sa position centrale vous permettra de visiter divers centres d'intérêts (St Tropez, Bormes les mimosas, Ramatuelle, etc.) très aisément et rapidement en voiture. Bref, je recommande !

Merveilleux

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour dans un appartement tout confort, décoré avec goût. Nous avons aussi apprécié la proximité des restaurants, du parking et surtout la gentillesse des propriétaires qui habitent à côté, mais savent rester discrets. Il faut bien sûr ajouter la beauté de cette région, de la mer et des plages à proximité. Bref nous reviendrons avec plaisir !
