"I was disappointed that the ice machine was broken and was only fixed on our last day of 5 that we stayed. Also once melted the water was gross. Please get a filter for it as it makes a big difference to not have to constantly buy bottled"

"We stayed at the Hyatt while in town for a family wedding. About a 20 minute drive from the Plaza, this hotel is great and much less expensive. It was very clean and breakfast is included. The pillows were a bit soft for me but that’s just my opinion. Rooms are nice and a good size. I would definitely stay there again."
