"We did not stay at the property. The door lock was damaged and could be opened easily. The bed was dirty, with stains on the sheets and pillows. The pool did not exist—it had no water and was extremely dirty. You should verify the properties listed on your platform, as situations like this damage your reputation."

"Friendly staff who were very helpful and available 24/7. The place is brand new and they are still ironing things out with respect to all the rooms, but plenty of parking, AC works well. Getting into the parking lot is funky (you enter on the corner of an intersection) and would be nice to have a small mini fridge in rooms. Wi Fi solid. Water takes a bit to heat up, but gets there. Would stay again. "

"Margie Martinez, the owner, was easy to contact and answered all my questions prior to arrival. nice condo set up. The accommodations were clean and comfortable with amazing views of the ocean. The photos are accurate, but do not do the views justice. Lily made sure the condo was ready for our arrival and that we had access to the property and condo before leaving us to enjoy our stay.We enjoyed the views from the condo balcony and the deck attached to our BBQ area and the close proximity to the beach. The pool was nice, as well! I would stay there again! "
