"We had a wonderful stay at the Giacomo Hotel in Niagara Falls! Everything was very clean and well-maintained, and the location was perfect. It was within walking distance of most of the major attractions, which made exploring the area so convenient. We also loved the sky view for an indoor option to see the fireworks with the dogs. The hotel is dog-friendly, which was a huge plus for us, and the breakfast had a great selection with plenty of options. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and we really appreciated having secure parking available. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay at the Giacomo again when visiting Niagara Falls!"

"The rooms are nice but in areas they show their age. The staff are excellent. The bar is nice and the parking is fantastic. It's a gem of a hotel in Niagara Falls but it could be a diamond. It's the little things that being it down from a 5 star experience. Someone should do a room by room and address the cleanliness - scrub the walls and check all of the sheets. In addition there was water damage in our bathroom that looks like it just needs some TLC and maybe a remodel. The longer it's left unaddressed - the bigger the problem becomes. I would recommend this hotel based on the staff alone - they are extremely polite and professional."
