“This is hands down one of the best places I have ever stayed! It was incredibly clean, well furnished, and came with all the things you would need to feel at home whether there for an overnight or extended stay. The tennis court included everything you would need to play tennis and pickleball. There is also a dedicated ice making machine in the kitchen which ended up being the all star during our time there in the middle of the Georgia summer. The location is fabulous and you can reach downtown……

“Neighborhood looks sketchy, but nobody bothered us. Very quiet. House was nice and clean on inside. Had everything we needed. The location was great. We were close to downtown and to the Rome tennis center Publix and Walmart were both very close. The coffee station was an added bonus and the kitchen was stocked with all the appliances we needed. We would definitely stay here again.”

“The property was well equipped and comfortable. It is very convenient to Berry College”

“The house was perfect for what we needed. It was very clean and well cared for. Parking and turning around were tricky if you had multiple vehicles.”

“Great”

“This nice little home is cozy and comfortable. The fenced in backyard was great for our two little dogs who enjoyed running and chasing each other! One thing to know is that the house is located on a reasonably busy 4 lane road with a hospital very close. So while it wasn't a problem, you should just recognize that the occasional ambulance that comes by.”

“The property was quaint and clean.”

“This property was perfect for our stay to visit Berry College! It is a very short drive to the campus. Very convenient! The property is cozy and comfortable. Cleanliness was exceptional! Communication with the host was easy and Melissa is very friendly! She referred us to some local restaurants. My wife and daughter chose Provino's and we were not disappointed. Thanks, Melissa! Even if you didn't book to visit Berry, I think the location is great for anything you are wanting to do. ”

“We had a wonderful stay at the Malone Home. The entire house was newly renovated with nice upgrades in the kitchen and bathrooms. The property owner was very responsive with any questions we had. ”
