“I can’t even find the words. Our stay at Palagina was so wonderful. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. My husband and I along with our 2 children ages 7/5 loved our apartment stay. The rooms were spacious and cozy. Beautiful views of the vineyard and Tuscan hills. The food at both venues were delicious , fresh and presentation was on point! “房間整潔舒適, 可惜當日入住時酒店不提供冷暖氣, 此酒店有一大事項我覺得有須要改善, 就是接待處的職員常常都不見人, 而且wifi非常不濟, 房間是收不到的, 一定要到reception才可收到...但酒店附近的環境非常好, 十分適合我這個城市人, 因為我都是第一次行入葡萄園走走....但如果要去此酒店一定要自駕遊, 因為都幾偏僻 ; 餐飲就冇乜選擇, 晚餐只有A餐和B餐, 但幾好食...整體對此酒店都幾滿意”

“The hotel is located in a vineyard with astonishing view. Food is great. My friend and I sit outside and were able to enjoy the food with fantastic view in the sunset. You will be able to see San Gimignano from here. However, the staff in the reception are not very friendly. The shower is so weak that I can barely enjoy my shower.”

“Like stepping into a fairytale setting , all was beautiful ! The staff was on top of everything too . Our room was a bit noisy with service early in am but still very nice . I would recommend live music in the evenings as it is very quiet. We hope to return again ! ”

“Our stay was nothing short of amazing. The staff were so friendly - especially the manager! The manager was fabulous! The rooms were small but very Italian! The rooms were clean and the cleaning service happened daily. Access to the pool was included in our stay and the pool was a highlight of this property! “Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Das Zimmer war sehr schön eingerichtet, äußerst sauber und bot alles, was man für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt braucht. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das Personal – ausnahmslos freundlich, aufmerksam und stets hilfsbereit, was unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat.
