"Very good hotel, room service menu wasn’t the best but that’s really not end of the world a few times we asked for a wake up call and didn’t receive one, again not the end of the world but just things to mention otherwise we loved our stay and will be coming back!!"
"Lovely cool air conditioned room, with pleasant bathroom. Terrific location for checking in after a long flight from the States. The breakfast at the restaurant along the water was a generous and delicious way to start the morning.quick walk to bus stop, charming place."
"The room was clean, the balcony was great, and I had a great view. I opted not to have my room cleaned but there was someone cleaning each day. The staff was mostly friendly by my standards but there was an ESL difference that with patience could be overcome.
We had the breakfast included which was good with lots of options. The self service juice beverage options were pure sugar or sweetener. There was also a self service coffee and tea spread. Eggs were made fresh but no options: boiled, fried, cheese only omelette or cheese and turkey omellette. I ate the cheese on the days I ate there. There was fresh fruit options whole apples, kiwi, bananas, oranges, pineapple mostly. There was a salad bar and bacon and sausage options. The sautéed veggies were great. There was hot cereal that was sweetened most days and palatable.
👙The outdoor pool was great, but we went on a week with so many kids. There was also a separate kiddie sprinkler and baby pool area. There is an indoor pool too but I did not use it since we were in paradise. The spa was surprisingly good. My friends got massages which they said were amazing. I got a pedicure which was a dry one and did the job. The manicurist 💅was very focused. She was also the masseuse💆♀️
The regular resort was across from the beach with a lock and room key gate. We visited this narrow beach the first date while we waited for our rooms. No wait staff at the beach or the pools. Also no charging to room so bring payment options."
"Villa Lukas is an absolute gem in Cavtat, and our stay in Apartment 10 exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, Luka and Irena were incredibly welcoming, responsive, and genuinely helpful, making sure we had everything we needed for a seamless trip.
The apartment itself was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and featured an incredible sea view that made morning coffees and evening sunsets unforgettable. When we weren't out exploring, the pool provided the perfect, relaxing spot to unwind in the sun. The location is ideal—a peaceful retreat that is just a easy, scenic 10-minute walk down to the Cavtat marina, putting all the best restaurants, shops, and waterfront strolls right at your doorstep.
We cannot recommend Villa Lukas highly enough. If we ever return to Cavtat, this is without a doubt where we will be staying again!"
"This place was amazing from even before i checked in. The host was great with communication and i was even able to check in a little early. The room was clean and cute and the hot tub was amazing. Very close to shops and water to walk around as a solo traveler. 10/10 recommend"
"The check in was very complicated with the app service. You need to provide all your passport information and it doesn't work. I tried many times and I was afraid I couldn't check in. I even photographed our Driver's license for the owner because we didn't want to photograph the passport to some strangers. He said it will not accept the DL. But he will help us register our information when we arrived. It is far from Dubrovnik! But it is very close to airport! That is the reason I picked this place. The shower was not very clean, I can see mold at the edges. There was a bee inside the place because the window was opened. We had to kill it first! We only stayed for a few hours because we had a very early flight. The owner is a very nice person! It has a lot of kitchen utensils ."
"Natasa and Marun were excellent hosts and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Upon arrival, the information provided was excellent, we were offered the opportunity to book trips and given leaflets about them. The apartment was perfect for our stay and had everything you could possibly need equipment wise (do take your own toiletries/shower gels/shampoo etc). Everything is lovely, clean and comfortable with facilities such as a small pool and sun terrace with loungers (these are so comfortable). The location is great with access to a local supermarket, bars restaurants and shops very close-by. The views of the bay are absolutely stunning from the apartments, particularly at sunrise and sunset. We would highly recommend Didan Apartments to anybody staying in beautiful Cavtat."
"A bit difficult to find while driving but once we found it, it was good. Enough space for 3 cars. Huge living area with kitchenette, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. 1 bedroom had no a/c unit, but leave the door open and the cool air from the main area will filter in. 10min direct walk to the town. 7 min drive to the airport and a 20 cdn Uber cost go/from the airport. Good location. Price was reasonable considering how expensive Croatia is. Croatia is a beautiful country."
