NOs direcionaram para um quarto desarrumado, , mas foi prontamente resolvido ao informarmos para a recepção. O segundo quarto, na mesma ala do hatel, também não estava totalmente limpo. Nada que interferisse na estadia, que foi muito boa.

Restaurante encerra o serviço com clientes no loca

O hotel é muito bom, porem o café da manhã vai até as 10 horas mas as 10:15 ja estão recolhendo. O restaurante oferece pratos muito bons porem mesmo o horário sendo até as 22 horas as 22:30 a cozinha fecha. No nosso caso nao foi possivel comer a sobremesa. O horário serve para encerrar a entrada de clientes mas o serviço naonpode terminar enquanto houver clientes.

Pontos positivos: A equipe de recepção e serviços foi sempre atenciosa e educada. A localização do hotel é muito boa: fica a poucos minutos do centro da cidade e próximo à vinícola Luiz Argenta, além de estar bem situado em relação às principais vinícolas da região. Pontos a melhorar: Ficamos hospedados no apartamento 2001 e, infelizmente, o isolamento acústico deixou a desejar — era possível ouvir todos os movimentos da escada e do estacionamento. Os quartos são bem equipados, mas simples. Sentimos falta de itens como roupão, cofre e ferro de passar. O café da manhã é básico, com poucas opções. A estrutura do hotel não funciona aos domingos, o que afeta diretamente a experiência: o restaurante fecha e a loja de conveniência interna funcionou apenas no sábado, permanecendo fechada nos outros dias da semana. Os espaços coletivos estavam sujos durante a estadia. A piscina é ok, e as instalações do hotel, no geral, aparentam ser mais antigas, mesmo na ala nova. Além disso, a equipe poderia receber mais formação sobre as atrações turísticas e gastronômicas da cidade. Seria interessante que o hotel oferecesse informações atualizadas sobre horários e funcionamento dos pontos turísticos, especialmente para hóspedes que permanecerão na cidade aos domingos e segundas-feiras, quando muitas atrações estão fechadas.
