L'hôtel se trouve au nord de l'île Caye Caulker. Il faut traverser le Split à l'aide d'un petit bateau pour se rendre à la partie Sud où se trouvent la majorité des restaurants et attractions. Nous avons adoré rester au Nord pour la tranquilité et le rythme de vie plus calme. L'hôtel a une plage privée, piscine privée, quai privé, très peu fréquentés qui permettent de se relaxer pleinement. Les appartements sont magnifiques, apportent une vue splendide sur les deux côtés de l'île, ont peut y voir le lever et coucher de soleil dans les étages supérieurs. On peut même montrer sur le toit pour observer. Les seules choses à mentionner étaient que l'internet ne fonctionnais pas (alors que tous les restants et autres hôtels de l'île oui). Et qu'il n'y a que 3 vélos disponibles pour les clients, bien qu'ils soient fonctionnels ils sont en piteux états. Les locaux et autres établissements ont de meilleurs vélos. Il est possible d'en louer ailleurs. Le service est excellent, nous avons eu tout ce dont nous avions besoin. Il y a un petit marché sur le côté Nord qui nous permet d'acheter des nécessités sans traverser.

Our two bedroom two bath unit had a great view of the Caribbean and the bay! The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking utensils, pots and pans. Be sure to bring your favorite spices :-). Even though we stayed in December, we were thankful there was nice cool AC! The 5 gallon bottled water in the unit helps keep you hydrated. We stayed more than a week, so we opted to have our laundry done on site, very helpful. Maria, Ian and Arielle assisted us with our questions, maintenance, and housekeeping needs. We used the bikes and the kayaks on a daily basis. We spent most of our time on the dock, but the pool is lovely and inviting.

Thanks to Arielle and Maria. They were very helpful and welcoming. The unit was fully equipped with a full kitchen. There is a rooftop patio wher you can enjoy sunrises and sunsets from. The location is close to the corner store and the split ferry. The unit is right on the beach with ocean views. The area is nice and quiet, and close enough to the nightlife of the south side.

We really enjoyed the suite & hospitality at Bay Towers. Arielle, George & Maria were helpful & friendly. Awesome sunset views from the roof & patio! Good towels, sheets, bed & spacious suites. We loved our time with island dog Bella. She is a sweet Shepherd who was abandoned by her owner. She loved the attention & food we gave her. Pay it forward if you stay here--dog food most appreciated! This is a quiet property just a little walk away from the Split ferry that takes you to the noisy South Island. Relax in one of the hammocks & have a Belikan beer from the bar. You won't be sorry!

Beautiful yet incomplete seaside property

Beautiful hotel with decent amenities such as a pool and oceanside dock. The rooms felt clean and well maintained. Pool regularly maintained. But the property felt incomplete and the rooms bare boned. We experienced some communication delays, lack of amenities, or faulty equipment. The “office hours” are posted but not followed. The property has a lot of future potential, but at this time it still feels like a work-in-progress.

We (family of 4) stayed 4 nights at Bay Towers. We enjoyed our stay and the beautiful views. It was nice having a kitchen to use. The pool and dock were lovely! The AC was not working properly when we arrived, but the staff were prompt to have it repaired. The beds were comfortable! One thing to note: laundry is not included in the accommodation costs, nor is it available every day. We wish we would have known this ahead of time. But overall, Bay Towers was a great spot to stay! Thank you.
