「Bad customer service (horrible, it’s through a phone line and no one is near the hotel). . TV controller didn’t worked. Very difficult to understand how to get to the lobby. 「Property needs maintenance. There is a laundry mat across the street which was an absolute life savor. We decided to wash the sheets and quilt, looked like it was used and not changed from last guest. There is a lobby that is general use for the occupants but not inside the room as listed. It’s a one stop deal and it did its purpose overall. Bring your own everything as the toiletries are very limited. Last but not least it’s right next to a funeral home. Enjoy!」
