“Ok. Here is a review to help people as I have seen some bad reviews. This property is not a $1500/night maldives room. It needs some TLC - some deck boards and railings are at end of life, as are some chairs. We stayed in the master suite and really liked the place. Water is crystal clear, master suite has the best fish viewing, owners are really friendly and eager to please, food and drinks are decent - fresh OJ for the tequila sunrise! “There was nothing we didn't like about the Bungalows! They were very clean, comfortable and the view from the deck was gorgeous. Our hosts, Alfred and Sonia, were so helpful and generous. They shared tips about the islands, and booked the water taxis, so we were never stranded or overcharged. Sonia is the "Queen of Breakfast". “My husband and I recently stayed at Aqui Hoy for 4 nights and while it was a bit isolated, it was a relaxing and peaceful location. We had the place to ourselves, so that was lovely, but I do think that having neighbours in the adjoining cabin would have impacted on our privacy, had there been someone in the room beside us. Katy and Marcel were welcoming and friendly. It was an added bonus to have a restaurant on site. The food was wholesome and reasonably priced. As were the local beer……
