「The female front desk person made 4 people wait over 20 minutes while she tried to tell an Expedia customer to call Expedia to cancel her reservation. Then she told us that our rooms were not ready but she would call us when they were. We went to the coffee shop next door. Never received a call. Many rooms were available when we went back and this desk woman was just sitting on a couch in the lobby with her shoes off. There was a large crack in our bathroom sink and a big crack on the ceiling...

「Very nice stay. It is an older property so I was not sure what to expect but it appears to have been recently remodeled and has been well maintained. My room had 2 queen beds (I only needed one!). The lady at check-in and check-out was friendly. had made fresh coffee that I had as I was leaving and it was excellent. She had also set out a variety of muffins and biscuits and she said I could take as many as I wanted. I had dinner at their restaurant and it was very good. Only thing was that the...
